Hrana s visokim udjelom masti i \u0161e\u0107era privremeno aktivira centre za nagra\u0111ivanje u mozgu, ali stvara problemati\u010dne veze izme\u0111u stresa i nezdrave prehrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otkrivaju\u0107a studija otkrila je da su mi\u0161evi pod stresom na prehrani s visokim udjelom masti dobili dvostruko vi\u0161e na te\u017eini od mi\u0161eva koji nisu bili pod stresom, a jeli su identi\u010dnu hranu.
