Ovaj fermentirani mlije\u010dni proizvod ima impresivan nutritivni u\u010dinak u relativno malom pakiranju. U svojoj sr\u017ei, jogurt je izvrstan izvor visokokvalitetnih proteina, a sadr\u017eaj se zna\u010dajno razlikuje od vrste do vrste. Obi\u010dni jogurt sadr\u017ei oko 8 grama proteina po \u0161alici, dok gr\u010dki jogurt daje zna\u010dajnih 22 grama u istoj veli\u010dini porcije. Ove se prednosti prote\u017eu i na opseg struka, pri \u010demu je konzumacija jogurta obrnuto povezana s mjerenjem struka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ali kako to\u010dno jogurt stvara ove u\u010dinke? \u010carolija le\u017ei u nekoliko klju\u010dnih mehanizama:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sitost potaknuta proteinima:<\/strong> Visok sadr\u017eaj proteina u jogurtu regulira hormone gladi, odr\u017eavaju\u0107i va\u0161 osje\u0107aj sitosti dulje. Studije pokazuju da to prirodno mo\u017ee smanjiti unos kalorija tijekom dana.
