U fermentirane namirnice ubrajamo jogurt, kefir, pivski kvasac, kiselo povr\u0107e&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentirana hrana pove\u0107ava unos probiotika u tijelo, obnavlja i uravnote\u017euje crijevnu floru&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentacija je proces koji &#8220;konzervira&#8221; hranu, dakle fermetacija produljuje rok trajanja hrane, a istovremeno ima prednosti i za organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentacija hrane nije novost, to je tradicionalna metoda kako se hrana \u010duvala od kvarenja i produljivao joj rok trajanja kada nije bilo hladnjaka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je fermentacija?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>U procesu fermentacija hrana bez kisika se marinira u sterilnoj posudi, naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e staklenkama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mlije\u010dna fermentacija se doga\u0111a ako se u tom procesu fermentacije dodaje sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Octena fermentacija je kada se u hranu u dodaje ocat ili se razvijaju alkoholni fermenti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ugljikohidrati prisutni u hrani pretvaraju se u mlije\u010dnu kiselinu koja uni\u0161tava patogene bakterije, a proizvodi mlije\u010dne fermente odnosno dobre bakterije &#8211; probiotike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to je fermentirana hrana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fermentirana hrana nastaje biokemijskim procesom kvasca i bakterija, odnosno mikroorganizama, koji u hrani osloba\u0111aju energiju koja se nalazi u \u0161e\u0107erima ili aminokiselinama. Na taj na\u010din hrana postaje nutritivno bogatija. U procesu fermentacije hrana se ve\u0107 djelomi\u010dno &#8220;sama&#8221; obra\u0111uje, stoga je poslije lak\u0161e probavljiva jer je dio procesa ve\u0107 odra\u0111en u procesu fermentacije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koja hrana je fermentirana hrana?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=54591\">Kefir<\/a> &#8211; fermentirani napitak od mlijeka, bogat mlije\u010dnim fermentima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=59041\">Kiseli kupus<\/a> &#8211; jedna od poznatijih fermentiranih namirnica.
