Jagode, zahvaljuju\u0107i udjelu vlakana, poti\u010du osje\u0107aj sitosti, tako da se ne radi samo o osje\u0107aju nego je vezan i uz nutritivni sastav jagoda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jagode na dijeti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ono o \u010demu treba voditi ra\u010duna je koli\u010dina, preporu\u010deni dnevni unos jagoda kod osoba na dijeti se ne razlikuje bitno od op\u0107e prehrane, dakle oko 150 grama, no, na dijeti bi ipak bilo dobro zadr\u017eati se na tome i ne pove\u0107avati koli\u010dninu.<br>Druga stvar o kojoj treba voditi ra\u010duna je s \u010dim se jedu jagode.
