Uz to smoothie je odli\u010dan na\u010din za dodavanje vo\u0107a i povr\u0107a u prehranu odnosno pove\u0107anje unosa vo\u0107a. Pri tome se sastojci kombiniraju prema receptima za <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=31007\">smoothi<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=31007\">e<\/a>, prema osobnim preferencijama, kao i onome \u0161to se u tom trenutku ima na raspolaganju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to znanstvenici ka\u017eu o kombinacijama sastojaka u smoothieju<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici su u istra\u017eivanju prou\u010davali nutritivna i enzimska svojstva smoothieja i tra\u017eili najbolju kombinaciju bogatu flavanolima, podskupinom flavonoida, bioaktvni spoj koji pru\u017ea brojne benefite za organizam. Flavanoli imaju antioksidativna svojstva, poma\u017eu u za\u0161titi tijela od preranog starenja, \u0161tite od o\u0161te\u0107enja uzrokovanih slobodnim radikalima&#8230; Oni potpoma\u017eu zdravlje kardiovaskularnog sustava, te poti\u010du metabolizam, utje\u010du na apsorpciju masti i \u0161e\u0107era, te su biti za odr\u017eavanje tjelesne mase. Nalazimo ih u <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58925\">jabukama<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=60836\">borovnicama<\/a>, kupinama, <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=60783\">gro\u017e\u0111u<\/a>, kru\u0161kama, kakau&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U ovom istra\u017eivanju se pokazalo da kombinacije nekih sastojaka mogu djelovati tako da se sprije\u010di ili smanji apsorpcija flavanola iz smoothieja, kada je u njemu bio prisutan drugi sastojak koji sadr\u017ei enzim polifenoloksidaza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod ova dva sastojka dolazi do oksidacije, sli\u010dno kao kada nare\u017eemo jabuku i ostavimo na zraku, te ona promijeni boju. Jabuka sadr\u017ei polifenol oksidazu, enzim koji mijenja boju kada je na zraku.
