No, mnogi znaju koliko su neke namirnice zdrave koje su bogate probioticima, bez da razmi\u0161ljaju da se radi o probioticima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema mnogim istra\u017eivanjima mozak i crijeva su povezani, te ono \u0161to jedemo utje\u010de na na\u0161 mozak, pam\u0107enje i raspolo\u017eenje. Nalazimo ih navi\u0161e u fermentiranoj hrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do sada su uglavnom se nagla\u0161avale prednosti probiotika i njihov utjecaj na probavu, utjecaj na crijevnu floru, ja\u010danje imunolo\u0161kog sustava, kao i njihov utjecaj kod atopijskog dermatitisa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Novija istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da probiotici imaju utjecaj i na raspolo\u017eenje. Crijevna flora utje\u010de na mentalno zdravlje, a probiotici mogu pomo\u0107i u suzbijanju anksioznosti i depresije. Svakodnevna konzumacija probiotika povezana je sa zna\u010dajno manjom anksiozno\u0161\u0107u, ali i s manje umora i stresa kod odraslih osoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema ovom istra\u017eivanju ve\u0107 nakon dva tjedna redovitog uzimanja probiotika primjetni su bili rezultati i utjecaj probiotika na raspolo\u017eenje. Tako\u0111er se pokazalo da osobe koje su redovito uzimale probiotike, odnosno hranu bogatu probioticima su imali smanjenje negativnih emocija, smanjenje razine brige, stresa, kao i manju sklonost nervozi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Postoji vi\u0161e vrsta probiotika, a za sada se smatra da najvi\u0161e utjecaja na raspolo\u017eenje imaju Lactobacillus i Bifidobacterium. Probiotici mogu modulirati proizvodnju klju\u010dnih hormona koji utje\u010du na raspolo\u017eenje. Probiotici tako\u0111er mogu smanjiti sistemsku upalu sni\u017eavanjem razine proinflamatornih citokina koji su povezani s depresivnim simptomima.
