Nakon tridesete godine mu\u0161karci gube 3-5% svoje mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase svakih deset godina. Tjelovje\u017eba i <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=71811\">dovoljno proteina<\/a> su bitni da bi se zadr\u017eali mi\u0161i\u0107i, ne samo ako \u017eelimo ve\u0107e mi\u0161i\u0107e, nego ako \u017eelimo zadr\u017eati stanje koje imamo i usporiti pad mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase kako bi i s godinama zadr\u017eali snagu na\u0161ih mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim \u0161to je bitna tjelovje\u017eba bitna je prehrana, a to uklju\u010duje i proteine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako mnoge namirnice sadr\u017ee proteine, \u010dest je slu\u010daj da se ne unosi dovoljno proteina, ako se o njima ne vodi ra\u010duna. To posebno dolazi do izra\u017eaja kod osoba koje su na nekoj <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26929\">dijeti za mr\u0161avljenje<\/a> kada se smanjuje koli\u010dina konzumacije hrane, a to uklju\u010duje i proteine. Smanjenim unosom proteina djeluje se negativno na mi\u0161i\u0107e, te smanjenje tjelesne mase uklju\u010duje i smanjenje mi\u0161i\u0107a.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dnevno je odrasloj osobi potrebno oko 0,7 do 1,2 grama proteina po kilogramu tjelesne mase, a neka sredina je oko 0,8 grama po kilogramu tjelesne mase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta koli\u010dina proteina bi se trebala unositi i kada je osoba na dijeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za osobe koje se bave sportom i ja\u010danjem mi\u0161i\u0107a ta se potreba penje i na 2 grama po kilogramu tjelesne mase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako \u017eelite zdravo mr\u0161aviti, bitno je unositi dovoljno proteina kako bi mi\u0161i\u0107i mogli optimalno funkcionirati, a to zna\u010di imati vi\u0161e energije.
