Jagode djeluju na sni\u017eavanje kolesterola, djeluju na smanjivanje kroni\u010dnih upala u organizmu, te poma\u017eu u za\u0161titi mozga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo i veliki iskorak, prednosti i utjecaj na  zdravlje imaju svje\u017ee<a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=60729\"> jagode<\/a>, ali i smrznute ili su\u0161ene jagode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jagode za srce<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema ovom istra\u017eivanju dnevna konzumacija jagoda poma\u017ee kardiovaskularnom sustavu, poma\u017ee kontroli razine kolesterola&#8230; Ve\u0107 jedna porcija ili jedna \u0161alica jagoda dnevno dovoljna je da se iskoriste ove prednosti jagoda za organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jagode su bogate fitonutrijentima koji pozitivno djeluju na rad srca i na kolesterol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jagode za mozak i kognitivno zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu Kalifornija objavljen je zaklju\u010dak istra\u017eivanja koji je obuhvatio 47 klini\u010dkih istra\u017eivanja i 13 opservacijskih studija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jagode mogu pomo\u0107i za\u0161titi mozak, usporiti procese starenja mozga, te usporiti pad kognitivnih sposobnosti. Uz to jagode su pokazale i da su dobre u za\u0161titi od demencije, prvenstveno zahvaljuju\u0107i flavonoidima koje sadr\u017ee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nedavno predstavljeno istra\u017eivanje Ameri\u010dkog dru\u0161tva za prehranu, tako\u0111er je imalo sli\u010dne zaklju\u010dke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje je pratilo 35 zdravih mu\u0161karaca i \u017eena u dobi od 66 do 78 godina, 8 tjedana koji su konzumirali 26 grama liofiliziranog praha jagoda ili placebo prah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skupina koja je konzumirala prah jagoda imala je:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; pove\u0107anje kognitivne brzine 5,2%,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; smanjenje krvnog tlaka od 3,6%, te<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; pove\u0107anje kapaciteta antioksidansa za 10,2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uz to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; smanjio se opseg struka za 1% ( to nije veliki pomak, ali je korak prema smanjenju visceralne masno\u0107e \u010dije smanjenje je bitno za smanjenje rizika za razvoj kardiovaskularnih bolesti).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svje\u017ee, smrznute ili su\u0161ene jagode<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jagode imaju malo kalorija, sadr\u017ee vlakna, vitamin C, antioksidanse, antocijane, kalij, magnezij&#8230; Bobi\u010dasto vo\u0107e op\u0107enito je bogato vitaminima i mineralima, te se \u010desto spominje kao bitan dio zdrave i uravnote\u017eene prehrane. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sada je istra\u017eivanje s jagodama pokazalo da ako \u017eelimo imati koristi od jagoda, mo\u017eemo u\u017eivati u svje\u017eim jagodama, ali da su sli\u010dne koristi i od smrznutih jagoda kao i od su\u0161enih jagoda. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dakle, ne moramo se samo bazirati na svje\u017ee jagode ako \u017eelimo iskoristiti prednosti i djelovanje jagoda na organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ovaj zaklju\u010dak olak\u0161ava mnogima konzumaciju jagoda, budu\u0107i da se u svje\u017eim jagodama u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva mo\u017ee u\u017eivati samo kratko razdoblje kada im je sezona. Uz to, one brzo prolaze i ne mo\u017ee se kupiti odre\u0111ena rezerva i zaliha, kako bi mogli redovito u\u017eivati u jagodama.
