Deset posto ozna\u010dava ciljani gubitak kilograma. Smatra se kako svaka osoba koja ima vi\u0161ak kilograma ima velike koristi izgubi li 10% svoje te\u017eine. Trend je pokrenut prije nekoliko godina kada su znanstvenici dokazali kako osobe kada izgube 10 posto svoje te\u017eine imaju jako puno dobrobiti. Tako\u0111er, utvr\u0111eno je kako osobe imaju puno vi\u0161e motiva ako ciljaju na umjereni gubitak kilograma, na primjer 10 posto, nego osobe koje te\u017ee idealnoj te\u017eini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kakav treba biti jelovnik dok ste na dijeti 10 posto<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Klasi\u010dni jelovnik ne postoji, najbitnije je da posti\u017eete kontinuirano dok ne smr\u0161avite kalorijski deficit, odnosno da jedete manje nego \u0161to tro\u0161ite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ispod navodimo 4 na\u010dina kako promijeniti jelovnik, te smanjiti unos hrane kako biste kreirali <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58259\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"58259\">kalorijski deficit<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1- Izbjegavajte junk food<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sva brza i procesuirana hrana ima puno kalorija, ne \u010dini vas sitima, nedostaje joj hranjive vrijednosti, ima puno soli ili \u0161e\u0107era, a ponekad i oboje. \u0160to vi\u0161e brze i gotove hrane jedete to \u0107ete biti deblji, a istovremeno gladniji jer tijelu nedostaje kvalitetnih nutrijenata. Junk food uklju\u010duje kekse, kola\u010di\u0107e, \u010dipseve, fast food, kupovne grickalice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2 &#8211; Kre\u0107ite se vi\u0161e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kretanje poma\u017ee da sagorijevate vi\u0161e kalorija, a \u0161to vi\u0161e kalorija sagorijevate to \u0107ete lak\u0161e smr\u0161aviti. Jedete na primjer 4 ili 6 sati dnevno, na primjer od 10h ujutro do 16h popodne, a ostatak dana ne konzumirate ni\u0161ta. Dobra stvar ovog tipa dijete je da sami birate kad \u0107ete jesti. Mo\u017eete na primjer postiti do 16 sati, zatim jesti od 16h do 22h.
