Jedna se odnosi na brzu jogurt dijetu koja se provodi tri dana, a druga brza jogurt dijeta se odnosi na tip prehrane gdje se jogurt intenzivira u prehrani, a to omogu\u0107uje dugoro\u010dni, ali ipak brezi gubitak kilograma kada trebate izgubiti vi\u0161e kilograma i treba vam dobar plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-background-color has-background\">2 vrste brze jogurt dijete <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jogurt dijeta jedna je od omiljenih <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=27570\"> brzih dijeta<\/a> mnogim \u017eenama. Ispod \u0107emo navesti dva tipa dijete koja uklju\u010duju jogurt. Prvi tip dijete je <strong>&#8220;brza jogurt dijeta&#8221;<\/strong> koja zapravo nije dijeta sama po sebi nego tip prehrane za mr\u0161avljenje gdje se jogurt uklju\u010duje tri puta dnevno da bi se ubrzali u\u010dinci omiljene dijete, koja vam ina\u010de odgovara i mo\u017ee se provoditi du\u017ee razdoblje, a drugi tip dijete s jogurtom koji \u0107ete na\u0107i ni\u017ee je dijeta koja se popularno naziva <strong>&#8220;jogurt dijeta 3 dana&#8221;.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Brza jogurt dijeta &#8211; 1 &#8211;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brza jogurt dijeta nije poseban tip dijete, nego je zapravo tip prehrane u koju se dodaje jogurt tri puta dnevno kako bi se ubrzalo mr\u0161avljenje, bez obzira na kojoj ste dijeti. Brza jogurt dijeta postala je posebno popularna nakon \u0161to su znanstvenici do\u0161li do zaklju\u010dka kako su promatrane osobe koje su pile vi\u0161e jogurta mr\u0161avjele skoro dvostruko vi\u0161e uz istu prehranu od onih koji nisu unosili tolike koli\u010dine mlije\u010dnih proizvoda, odnosno jogurta. Eksperiment koji je trajao 12 tjedana uklju\u010dio je 34 debele i pretile osobe. Podijeljene su u dvije grupe gdje je jedna grupa konzumirala jogurt tri puta dnevno umjesto nekih drugih namirnica iste kalori\u010dne vrijednosti. Ostatak prehrane bio je jednak u obje grupe. Zaklju\u010dak je bio da jogurt ne samo da zna\u010dajno ubrzava mr\u0161avljenje (skoro dvostruko) nego je velika prednost \u0161to posebno ubrzava gubitak masnih naslaga na podru\u010dju trbuha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jogurti su i u uobi\u010dajenoj prehrani zdrava namirnica zbog svojih nutricionisti\u010dki koristi.
