Koja je razlika? \u0160to je zdravije dinja ili lubenica?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=63271\">Dinja<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=63207\">lubenica<\/a> pripadaju istoj obitelji tikvovki kojoj pripadaju jo\u0161 134 roda, me\u0111u ostalim i krastavac, kalaba\u0161, tikva i bundeva. Same tikvice i lubenice opet se mogu prona\u0107i u nekoliko podvrsta. Svim dinjama zajedni\u010dka je zelena kora i \u017euto-bijelo meso. Lubenice su ve\u0107e, tako\u0111er imaju zelenu koru, ali crvenkasto meso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lubenice i dinje su hladna, slatka i osvje\u017eavaju\u0107a ljetna namirnica. Smatramo ih vrlo ukusnim ljetnim vo\u0107em, iako zapravo zbog svog biljnog roda pripadaju povr\u0107u. Ima intenzivniju zelenu boju, s bljedunjavim prugama. Dinja je manja, \u017euto &#8211; zelene boje, sa sme\u0111e  -\u017eutim, prugama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dinja.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65968\" srcset=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dinja.jpg 600w, https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dinja-382x255.jpg 382w, https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/dinja-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dinja i lubenica imaju sli\u010dan broj kalorija ovisno o slatko\u0107i i stupnju zrelosti, te ni jedna gotovo da nema masno\u0107a. Dinja ima vi\u0161e vlakana nego lubenica, a i jedna i druga su bogati izvor vitamina C, B vitamina, Vitamina K, magnezija, beta karotena i kvercetina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dinje se sastoje od 90 posto vode i minerala poput magnezija i kalcija, pa kominacija vode i minita u\u010dinkovito hidratizira tijelo, te nam poma\u017ee da ostanemo savr\u0161eno hidratizirani du\u017ea razdoblja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lubenica vi\u0161e osvje\u017eava i gotovo je u potpunosti napravljena od vode. Odli\u010dna je za hidrataciju tijekom ljeta. Me\u0111utim, budu\u0107i da ipak nije sama voda, poma\u017ee vam uz malo kalorija da se du\u017ee osje\u0107ate sitijima i manje osje\u0107ate glad. Na taj na\u010din poma\u017ee da zadr\u017eite zdrave navike ljeti i ne prejedate se. Tako\u0111er je bogata nutrijentima. Ima mnogobrojne zdravstvene prednosti. Antioksidansi, likopen i vitamin C koje nalazimo u lubenici sni\u017eavaju krvni tlak, poma\u017eu smanjiti upale i sprije\u010diti makularnu degeneraciju povezanu sa starenjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I dinje i lubenice su ljetno vo\u0107e koje vrijedi ukomponirati u zdravu ljetnu prehranu, bilo samostalno kao ukusni desert ili kao dio nekih salata ili kompliciranijih jela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glavna razlika izme\u0111u ova dva ploda je u njihovom sjemenju. Sjemenke lubenice su ra\u0161irene po cijelom plodu, dok su sjemenke dinje sli\u010dno kao kod bu\u010de koncentrirane u sredi\u0161njem dijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mogu li se jesti sjemenke lubenice<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit iz djetinjstva da ako jedete sjemenke lubenice \u0107e vam narasti velika lubenica u trbuhu naravno nije to\u010dan. Zapravo prili\u010dno je besmisleno odvajati sjemenke jer je dugotrajan proces, budu\u0107i da su sjemenke lubenice sasvim sigurne za jelo. Naravno dok ih jedete u prirodnom omjeru raspore\u0111ene po kri\u0161ki lubenice, a ne skupljate i jedete izdvojeno. Kada se pojedu svje\u017ee sjemenke lubenice u ve\u0107ini slu\u010dajeva \u0107e samo pro\u0107i kroz va\u0161 probavni sustav, jer su neprobavljive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mit kako \u0107e vam narasti lubenica u trbuhu vjerojatno je nastao budu\u0107i da kada se konumiraju dinje ili lubenice, te odmah nakon konzumira vi\u0161e vode (\u0161to je ljeti \u010dest slu\u010daj) mo\u017ee do\u0107i do nadutosti, te se nakon nekoliko dana takve prakse mo\u017ee vizualno narasti trbuh. Iako je to kod ve\u0107ine osoba neprimjetno, kod mr\u0161avijih mo\u017eda mo\u017ee biti uo\u010dljivo. Zbog toga nakon konzumacije dinje ili lubenice pri\u010dekajte s vodom, bar petnaestak minuta. Dunje i lubenice svakako su prirodni hidratatori organizma, pa \u0107e vas dovoljno hidratirati. S druge strane i sjemenke mogu iritirati osjetljiviji probavni sustav, izazvati nadutost i probavne tegobe, pa ako primijetite da vam ne odgovaraju ili \u010distite lubenicu od sjemenki ili birajte komade na kojima ih gotovo nema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sjemenke lubenice imaju i neke zdravstvene benfiti, ali samo ako ih u\u010dinite probavljima, bilo pe\u010denjem ili kuhanjem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dnevno mo\u017eemo jesti dinje i lubenice <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako su zdravo vo\u0107e nemojte pretjerivati. Zadr\u017eite se s dinjama na do 200 grama i lubenicama  na do 300 grama.
