Budu\u0107i da su u novije vrijeme otkrivene konkretne prednosti posta na te\u017einu intervalni post postaje sve popularnija dijeta na koju se mnogi odlu\u010duju. Kod interval dijete nema ograni\u010denja \u0161to se jede, nego se vrijeme unosa hrane limitira na odre\u0111ena razdoblja u danu, odnosno u tjednu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Najpoznatije interval dijete su:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6\/1 <\/strong>\u2013 jede se normalno 6 dana, a jedan dan (obi\u010dno petak) u tjednu se ne unosi ni\u0161ta osim vode i nezasla\u0111enih teku\u0107ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7\/2<\/strong> \u2013 jede se prema uobi\u010dajenom rasporedu 5 dana, a dva dana u tjednu (obi\u010dno utorak i petak) se ne jede ni\u0161ta osim vode i teku\u0107ina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20:4<\/strong> \u2013 svaki dan se jede prema istom rasporedu, gdje se 20 sati dnevno posti (ne jede ni\u0161ta osim vode i teku\u0107ina), a 4 sata dnevno se jede prema uobi\u010dajenom rasporedu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>18:6<\/strong> \u2013 svaki dan se jede prema uobi\u010dajenom rasporedu, 18 sati dnevno se posti, a 6 sati se jede normalno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16:8<\/strong> \u2013 svaki dan se posti 16 sati, odnosno ne jede ni\u0161ta osim vode i nezasla\u0111ene teku\u0107ine, a 8 sati dnevno se jede uobi\u010dajeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se smije piti dok se posti na interval dijeti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obi\u010dno se podrazumijeva da se smiju piti voda i nezasla\u0111eni napitci, ali znate li koji su to i u kojoj koli\u010dini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>VODA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Koliko vode i koju vodu piti dok ste na interval dijeti<\/strong>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vodu ne samo da smijete piti, nego MORATE piti dok ste na bilo kojoj dijeti. Dok postite, suzdr\u017eavate se od hrane odre\u0111eno razdoblje, bilo na dnevnoj ili tjednoj osnovi, voda je neizostavna. Naravno, potrebno je unositi dovoljno vode kako bi tijelo ostalo hidratizirano, tijekom posta. Trebali biste te\u017eiti okvirnoj koli\u010dini od osam \u010da\u0161a vode dnevno, koje trebate rasporediti u koliko toliko pravilnim razmacima tijekom budnog dijela dana. Mo\u017eete piti obi\u010dnu vodu, mineralnu gaziranu ili mineralnu negaziranu. Va\u017eno je da nije aromatizirana \u0161e\u0107erima ili aromama koje sadr\u017ee kalorije. Uvijek pazite da \u010dajeve ne sladite, ne dodajte mlijeko, ni bilo kakve druge dodatke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KAVA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Smijete li piti kavu i koju dok ste na interval dijeti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kava je omiljeni napitak mnogih ljudi, ali na sre\u0107u nje se ne morate odre\u0107i ni za vrijeme interval posta. Kavu za vrijeme posta pije umjereno. Va\u017eno je da pijete \u010distu crnu kavu, bez mlijeka, sladila i sli\u010dno. Kava \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da se lak\u0161e pridr\u017eavate posta, posebno ukoliko preska\u010dete doru\u010dak. Naravno, svi znamo da ovo nije najzdraviji odabir, ali kava u ovom slu\u010daju \u010dini \u010desto puta pridr\u017eavanje dijete lak\u0161im.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to se NE SMIJE piti za posta (interval dijete)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za posta se ne smiju piti nikakva pi\u0107a koja sadr\u017ee kalorije, ali ni pi\u0107a koja su zasla\u0111ena sladilima bez kalorija, medom, cije\u0111enim vo\u0107em i sli\u010dno. Tako su cole s 0 kalorija zabranjene, kao i svi drugi sli\u010dni napitci.
