Kukuruzno bra\u0161no posebno izaziva sumnju jer postoji u nekoliko vrsta i oblika od kojih su neki sasvim u redu za bezglutensku prehranu, a drugi tipovi nisu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kukuruz sam po sebi nema glutena, ali obratite pa\u017enju na navedene stvari ispod, ovisno o razlozima zbog kojih ste na bezglutenskoj prehrani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kukuruzno bra\u0161no u bezglutenskoj prehrani kod osoba koje su alergi\u010dne na gluten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod osoba koje imaju celijakiju ili su visoko alergi\u010dne na gluten kukuruzno bra\u0161no u \u010distom obliku je dozvoljena namirnica. Kukuruzno bra\u0161no ne sadr\u017ei gluten. Ipak, ako ste alergi\u010dni na gluten vjerojatno \u0107e vam smetati i gluten u tragovima, pa obratite pa\u017enju da na pakiranjima na kukuruznom bra\u0161nu pi\u0161e \u201ebez glutena\u201d. Kukuruz se \u010desto u tvornicama melje u istom mlinu kao i p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no, pa nije neobi\u010dno da kukuruzno bra\u0161no sadr\u017ei naoko neprimjetne i vrlo male koli\u010dine p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na, a time i glutena u tragovima koji mogu smetati osobama koje su visoko alergi\u010dne na gluten ili izazvati alergijske reakcije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kukuruzno bra\u0161no u bezglutenskoj prehrani kod osoba koje su na protuupalnoj dijeti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Osobama koje su na<a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=55783\"> protuupalnoj dijeti <\/a>gluten ne izaziva alergijske rekacije, ali im poti\u010de upalne procese u tijelu, pa takve osobe izbjegavaju gluten. Njima je s druge strane dozvoljeno jesti kukuruzno bra\u0161no koje sadr\u017ei p\u0161enicu i gluten u tragovima jer im takvo bra\u0161no ne\u0107e na\u0161koditi, budu\u0107i da je koli\u010dina glutena zanemariva, ali osobe na protuupalnoj prehrani trebaju obratiti pa\u017enju na ne\u0161to drugo. U protuupalnoj prehrani kukuruzno bra\u0161no je dozvoljena namirnica samo ako je od cjelovitog zrna. Rafinirana bra\u0161na su zabranjena, pa tako i kukuruzno rafinirano bra\u0161no. U ovom slu\u010daju nije bitno toliko obratiti pa\u017enju na natpise da je kukuruzno bra\u0161no bez glutena, nego treba pa\u017eljivo birati kukuruzno bra\u0161no od od cjelovitog zrna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kod nas se obi\u010dno pod nazivom kukuruzno bra\u0161no prodaje bra\u0161no od cjelovitog zrna, a rafinirano kukuruzno bra\u0161no se prodaje kao kukuruzni \u0161krob, ali postoje iznimke. Ponekad \u0107ete prona\u0107i rafinirano kukuruzno bra\u0161no pod nazivom kukuruzno bra\u0161no, pa je ipak bolje odabrati ono na kojem pi\u0161e kukuruzno bra\u0161no od cjelovitog zrna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cisto kukuruzno bra\u0161no je bez glutena, te ako biat e\u010disto kukuruzno bra\u0161no ono je uvijek bez glutena. Sve dok se kukuruz melje u vlastitom mlinu i \u0161titi od kontaminacije p\u0161enicom, ne bi trebao sadr\u017eavati gluten. Ovisno koliko ste osjetljivi na gluten i radi \u010dega je va\u0161a prehrana bezglutenska toliko \u0107ete pa\u017eljivije morati birati bra\u0161no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gluten u kukuruznoj krupici<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kukuruzna krupica je tako\u0111er proizvod bez glutena, ali ako ste jako osjetljivi na gluten, dobro bi bilo kontaktirati proizvo\u0111a\u010da i pitati dolazi li negdje u procesu skladi\u0161tenja ili proizvodnje do mogu\u0107e kontaminacije p\u0161enicom. Obi\u010dno na proizvodima koji se pa\u017eljivije skladi\u0161te i melju, te pakiraju u posebnim proizvodnim pogonima nazna\u010deno je kako je proizvod bez glutena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gluten u kukuruznom \u0161krobu (gustinu)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kukuruznom \u0161krobu ne bi trebalo biti glutena, osim ako slu\u010dajno u procesu skladi\u0161tenja, proizvodnje ili pakiranja nije do\u0161lo o kontaminacije p\u0161eni\u010dnim bra\u0161nom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Procesuirana hrana od kukuruznog bra\u0161na<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako kupujete gotove proizvode od kukuruznog bra\u0161na, kako na primjer kukuruzna peciva, muffine ili kukuruzni kruh, nemojte pretpostaviti kako su bez glutena. Obi\u010dno se takvi proizvodi prave od mje\u0161avine kukuruznog i p\u0161eni\u010dnog bra\u0161na, pa su proizvodi koji sadr\u017ee gluten u velikoj mjeri. Ve\u0107ina pekarskih proizvoda od kukuruznog bra\u0161na sadr\u017ee i p\u0161eni\u010dno bra\u0161no, pa zasigurno nisu bez glutena, osim ako je na njima posebno nazna\u010deno kako su bezglutenski.
