Brzo se i jednostavno pripremaju, a mogu biti u razli\u010ditim opcijama. Da li \u0107e tost debljati vrijedi sli\u010dno pravilo kao i s kruhom ili drugom hranom, kakvi su sastojci u tostu, kao i koliko je ukupan dnevni unos kalorija. Porcija bijelog kruha od 50 grama sadr\u017ei oko 24 grama ugljikohidrata i ima glikemijski indeks 70.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istovremeno 100 grama kruha od cjelovitih \u017eitarica ima glikemijski indeks 45. Dakle, bijeli kruh zna\u010dajnije pove\u0107ava \u0161e\u0107er u krvi.
