Ukoliko osoba koja se svakodnevno va\u017ee primijeti da gubi na te\u017eini bit \u0107e motivirana nastaviti istim tempom, no \u0161to je jo\u0161 va\u017enije ukoliko ne gubi na te\u017eini, nego \u010dak i dolazi do debljanja, mo\u017ee odmah reagirati i korigirati unos ili potro\u0161nju kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako se vagati?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Najbolje bi bilo se uvijek vagati u sli\u010dno vrijeme i u sli\u010dnoj odje\u0107i. Vaganje ujutro nakon bu\u0111enja je dobra opcija budu\u0107i da ne uzima u obzir ono \u0161to se konzumiralo taj dan prije vaganja.
