One su napetije od obi\u010dnih snova, me\u0111utim smatra se kako njih ni ne treba tuma\u010diti u smislu tuma\u010denja simbola iz sna, jer su odraz neke anksioznosti koju je bilo potrebno ili je potrebno procesuirati. <strong>No\u0107ne more kao takve nema smisla tuma\u010diti jer su one same sebi svrha. <\/strong>Kroz njih mozak procesuira stres i anksioznosti, nagomilane negativne informacije iz medija, dijelove filmova koje smo gledali, video igrica koje smo igrali, traumati\u010dna iskustva kroz koja smo pro\u0161li\u2026 No\u0107ne more su same sebi svrha, a ako su u\u010destale radije treba tra\u017eiti savjete psihologa i psihijatra koji \u0107e pomo\u0107i otkloniti ih nego tuma\u010diti simbole kao takve. Ako u\u010destalo imate no\u0107ne more trebalo bi tra\u017eiti \u0161to ih je potaknulo, te raditi na procesuiranju doga\u0111aja i emocija vezanih uz doga\u0111aj koji je potaknuo emocije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Za tuma\u010denje no\u0107nih mora sam sadr\u017eaj nije bitan<\/strong>, nego su va\u017ene  emocije koje ste osjetili u snu, a zatim te emocije treba povezati s nekim nerije\u0161enim traumati\u010dnim iskustvom u \u017eivotu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Da biste smanjili u\u010destalost no\u0107nih mora nema provjerenog lijeka, svakoj osobi pomo\u0107i \u0107e ne\u0161to drugo, me\u0111utim postoje neke op\u0107enite smjernice koje se kao prvi korak savjetuju ljudima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trebalo bi uvesti neke promjene u \u017eivotnom stilu, koje ne\u0107e rije\u0161iti uzrok no\u0107nih mora, ali poma\u017ee na na\u010din da mo\u017ee smanjiti njihovu u\u010destalost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Trebalo bi uspostaviti redovitu rutinu spavanja, te odlaziti u isto vrijeme u krevet.<br>2 Ako je stres problem trebalo bi raditi na procesuiranju stresa.<br>3 Izbacite alkoholna pi\u0107a, jer on mo\u017ee uzrokovati razdra\u017eenost i onemogu\u0107iti tijelo da se opusti.<br>4 Prije spavanja se bavite aktivnostima koje smanjuju stres. Duboko di\u0161ite, meditirajte, izmolite molitvu\u2026<br>5 Vodite dnevnik jer pisanje dnevnika mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da otkrijete \u0161to uzrokuje anksioznost i pomo\u0107i vam da smanjite no\u0107ne more.<br>6 Nemojte gledati uznemiruju\u0107e sadr\u017eaje, vijesti ili filmove.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obi\u010dno se no\u0107ne more pojavljuju u kontekstu trauma<\/strong>, me\u0111utim mogu se pojaviti i kod op\u0107e populacije u odre\u0111enoj fazi \u017eivota ili kod ljudi koji ni ne znaju da su pro\u0161li kroz neku traumu. Na primjer, stra\u0161an film ili neprimjerena video igra mo\u017ee biti trauma koje osobe kasnije nisu ni svjesne. Zbog toga je dobra opcija razgovarati s psihologom ili psihijatrom kako bi se otkrio i rije\u0161io izvor stresa i suo\u010dilo s traumom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017divotne tragedije mijenjaju na\u010din na koji mozak funkcionira, neki traumati\u010dni doga\u0111aji kreiraju blokade, a onda nenadano mozak po\u010dinje procesuirati te blokade. No\u0107na mora je poku\u0161aj mozga da vas za\u0161titi, ali na\u017ealost takvi snovi mogu u\u010diniti jo\u0161 vi\u0161e \u0161tete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neki stru\u010dnjaci za analiziranje snova ka\u017eu kako su no\u0107ne more nezavr\u0161eni snovi. Prisjetite se no\u0107ne more u sred dana, kada znate da vas ne\u0107e zastra\u0161iti ili uzrujati, a zatim napi\u0161ite sretan i miran kraj takvog sna.
