Indeks tjelesne mase izme\u0111u 19 i 25 se smatra po\u017eeljnim, odnosno to bi trebala biti tjelesna te\u017eina koja ne ugro\u017eava zdravlje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratiti indeks tjelesne mase odnosno tjelesnu te\u017einu je dobro ne samo iz estetskih razloga, nego iz zdravstvenih.
