Ali je udio tih minerala sa zdravstvenog stajali\u0161ta gotovo zanemariv. Tamno je sme\u0111i i ima teksturu pijeska. Melasa svakako ima vi\u0161e nutrijenata od sme\u0111eg \u0161e\u0107era, posebno kalcija, \u017eeljeza i magnezija i boji je odabir za kori\u0161tenje.
