Debljaju li oblatne?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oblatne su kola\u010d koji se posebno pravi za blagdane, te je uobi\u010dajen u mnogim doma\u0107instvima. Kako upravo tada jedemo vi\u0161e hrane, te smo skloniji debljanju, \u010desto se i sva hrana koju tada jedemo smatra kalori\u010dnom hranom. Uz to osnova za oblatne je \u0161e\u0107er, stoga ve\u0107 pri pomisli na oblatne mnogi podrazumijevaju da je to kalori\u010dan kola\u010d. Niti ostali sastojci nisu manje kalori\u010dni, no, sama kora za oblatnu suha i bez fila ima 350 kalorija na 100 grama.
