Ve\u0107a konzumacija \u0161e\u0107era ve\u017ee se uz dijabetes tipa 2, masna jetra, kao i kardiovaskularne probleme i debljinu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se radi o \u0161e\u0107eru va\u017eno je razlikovati dodavanje \u0161e\u0107era u prehranu i konzumiranje \u0161e\u0107era koji se prirodno nalazi u prehrambenim proizvodima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada se radi o zasla\u0111iva\u010dima i dodatnom \u0161e\u0107eru u prehrani, neka istra\u017eivanja pokazuju da se velika koli\u010dina dodatnog \u0161e\u0107era unosi putem sokova i pi\u0107a koja su zasla\u0111ena te je jedan od razloga da se unosi i vi\u0161e nego \u0161to je osoba svjesna da unosi \u0161e\u0107era. Dodatni \u0161e\u0107er u prehrani dodaje kalorije, bez nutritivne vrijednosti. No, osim \u0161to utje\u010de na debljanje, \u0161e\u0107er u organizmu utje\u010de i na druge procese te pove\u0107ava zdravstvene rizike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Koliko je \u0161e\u0107era previ\u0161e?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svjetska zdravstvena organizacija je 2015. dala preporuku da se ne bi trebalo unositi vi\u0161e od 5% kalorija iz \u0161e\u0107era. Do tada je preporuka bila da se unos ograni\u010di na 10%, no nagla\u0161ava se da unos do 5% ima vi\u0161e zdravstvenih koristi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ukoliko bi se unos \u0161e\u0107era ograni\u010dio prema preporuci na 5%<\/strong> to bi <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>za dnevni unos od 2000 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prisjetimo.covermagazin.com\/?p=772\">kalorija<\/a> zna\u010dilo bi da se ograni\u010di unos \u0161e\u0107erom na 100 kalorija, odnosno 25 grama \u0161e\u0107era dnevno, \u0161to bi iznosilo oko\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>6 \u017eli\u010dica \u0161e\u0107era (\u010dajne \u017eli\u010dice) za \u017eene<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>za mu\u0161karce<\/strong> odnosno <strong>9 \u010dajnih \u017elica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ukoliko se gleda preporuka da unos kalorija od dodanog \u0161e\u0107era ne bi trebao prelaziti<strong> 10% unosa ukupnih kalorija tada b to bilo za \u017eene do 12 \u010dajnih \u017elica, a za mu\u0161karce do 18. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0160e\u0107er koji samostalno dodajete u prehrani, npr. u kavu ili \u010daj mo\u017eete sami brojati, dok s druge strane u zasla\u0111enim pi\u0107ima mo\u017eete ra\u010dunati kalorije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vo\u0107e koje u sebi ima prirodni \u0161e\u0107er ne ubraja se u ovu skupinu. No, to ne zna\u010di niti da njega mo\u017eete jesti koliko \u017eelite. 2-4 vo\u0107ke dnevno su dovoljne, naravno ovisno i veli\u010dini i koli\u010dini \u0161e\u0107era u njima, koli\u010dina mo\u017ee varirati, no ni s vo\u0107em ne treba pretjerivati.
