Indeks tjelesne mase govori o tome koje je normalna tjelesna te\u017eina osobe prema njenoj visini. Ukoliko je indeks tjelesne mase za \u017eene manji od 19 i za mu\u0161karce manji od 20 osoba je pothranjena. Indeks tjelesne mase ve\u0107i do 25 zna\u010di prekomjernu te\u017einu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bez obzira da li netko \u017eeli smr\u0161aviti tako da je na nekoj <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26929\">dijeti za mr\u0161avljenje<\/a> ili <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=26816\">mr\u0161avite bez dijete<\/a>, postavlja se pitanje da li je bolje vagati se svaki dan ili povremeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Da li se svakodnevno vagati?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada poku\u0161avate dr\u017eati tjelesnu te\u017einu na odre\u0111enoj razini ili \u017eelite smr\u0161avjeti istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da svakodnevno vaganje mo\u017ee biti korisno, i to u oba slu\u010daja, i kada osoba \u017eeli smr\u0161aviti i odr\u017eavati tjelesnu te\u017einu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje &#8220;<em>The impact of regular self-weighing on weight management: a systematic literature review<\/em>&#8221; obuhvatilo je razli\u010dite studije, njih 12, o utjecaju vaganja na te\u017einu te pokazalo da svakodnevno vaganje, odnosno u\u010destalo vaganje se mo\u017ee povezati s ve\u0107im gubitkom kilograma kao i s prevencijom ne\u017eeljenog dobivanja na te\u017eini. Osobe koje su se u\u010destalo vagale kroz nekoliko mjeseci gubile su 1 do 3 kg vi\u0161e od osoba koje se nisu \u010desto vagale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sudionici istra\u017eivanja koji su se \u010de\u0161\u0107e vagali gubili su 1 do 3 kg vi\u0161e od sudionika koji se nisu vagali.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drugo istra\u017eivanje &#8220;Is frequent self-weighing associated with poorer body satisfaction? Findings from a phone-based weight loss trial&#8221;&nbsp;je pokazalo da su kroz razdoblje od 6 mjeseci osobe koje su se svakodnevno vagale izgubile 6 kg vi\u0161e od osoba koje se nisu svakodnevno vagale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>U ovom istra\u017eivanju su osobe koje su se svakodnevno vagale izgubile u 6 mjeseci 6 kg vi\u0161e od osoba koje se nisu svakodnevno vagale. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Za\u0161to je dobro vagati se svakodnevno<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Svakodnevno vaganje pozitivno djeluje na samokontrolu, te se bolje prati unos hrane, kao i bolje pridr\u017eavanje dijete za mr\u0161avljenje. Tako\u0111er, svakodnevno vaganje osvje\u0161\u0107uje kada je osoba popustila te dobila na te\u017eini, \u0161to djeluje kao korektiv, dok kod osoba koje se nisu vagale treba du\u017ei period kako bi do\u0161li do sli\u010dnog zaklju\u010dka, \u0161to potom tra\u017ei i vi\u0161e vremena za korigiranje prehrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Svakodnevno vaganje djeluje kao podsjetnik na dijetu za mr\u0161avljenje, te djeluje kao motivator za nastavak dijete.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada se vagati<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pri tome treba voditi ra\u010duna da ve\u0107ina osoba ujutro te\u017ei manje nego nave\u010der nakon konzumiranja hrane i pi\u0107a. Stoga je kod svakodnevnog vaganja bitno vagati se uvijek u sli\u010dno vrijeme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S obzirom da i odje\u0107a igra ulogu, po\u017eeljno je vagati se uvijek u sli\u010dnoj odje\u0107i.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tako\u0111er, treba voditi ra\u010duna i o tome da mi\u0161i\u0107i te\u017ee vi\u0161e, stoga ukoliko vje\u017ebate tijekom dijete, to se mo\u017ee odraziti na kilogramima. U tom slu\u010daju bi bilo dobro mjeriti i obim struka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Svakodnevno vaganje poma\u017ee mr\u0161avljenju i uspjehu dijete<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje koje je pratilo utjecaj svakodnevnog vaganja na percepciju tijela tako\u0111er je do\u0161lo do sli\u010dnog rezultata odnosno poduprlo je tezu da svakodnevno vaganje poma\u017ee pri mr\u0161avljenju. Pri tome nisu primije\u0107eni negativni efekti na zadovoljstvo ili nezadovoljstvo izgledom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nekoliko istra\u017eivanja je pokazalo da svakodnevno vaganje mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i pri mr\u0161avljenju, ali i pri odr\u017eavanju tjelesne te\u017eine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jedno od tih istra\u017eivanja &#8220;Self-weighing promotes weight loss for obese adults&#8221; pratilo je utjecaj u\u010destalog vaganja na gubitak tjelesne mase te do\u0161lo je do zaklju\u010dka da su osobe koje su se svakodnevno vagale na svakih 11 dana gubile oko pola kilograma vi\u0161e od osoba koje se nisu vagale. Prema ovom istra\u017eivanju svakodnevno vaganje mo\u017ee biti zna\u010dajna potpora <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26929\">dijetama za mr\u0161avljenje<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Sudionici ovog mr\u0161avili su pola kilograma vi\u0161e u 11 dana, od  sudionika koji se nisu vagali svakodnevno.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Redovito vaganje poma\u017ee u uspjehu dijete za mr\u0161avljenje budu\u0107i da osobe ukoliko nesvjesno popuste na dijeti i po\u010dnu dobivati na te\u017eini, to primijete vrlo brzo, prije nego \u0161to dobiju nekoliko kilograma, te mogu br\u017ee reagirati i zaustaviti dobivanje na te\u017eini.
