Isto tako kao i kalorije u narescima razlikuju se i ostale hranjive vrijednosti kao i eventualni nedostaci narezaka u prehrani. Hranjiva vrijednost pojedinih narezaka ovise od tipa nareska, na\u010dina proizvodnje kao i ostalih dodataka. Prera\u0111eni naresci mogu sadr\u017eavati puno \u0161e\u0107era, nezdravih masti i natrija.
