Jedna \u010da\u0161a vam ne\u0107e pretjerano utjecati na kila\u017eu, ali ne bi bilo lo\u0161e da pripazite na svaku sljede\u0107u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Votka \u2013 Ljubiteljima ovog alkoholnog pi\u0107a je vjerojatno \u010dudno \u0161to radi na popisu pi\u0107a koja debljaju, no, vjerojatno nisu znali da samo jedna \u010da\u0161ica votke ima oko 60 kalorija (samo votka bez dodataka) koje uglavnom u organizam unesete u vrlo kratkom roku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Viski \u2013 Viski ima gotovo isto kalorija kao votka, no, razlika je u tome \u0161to se viski uglavnom sporije pije i kalorije ne dolaze u va\u0161 organizam odjednom pa se br\u017ee i potro\u0161e, pogotovo ukoliko se dodatno i kre\u0107ete, ple\u0161ete i sl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Likeri \u2013 Prosje\u010dna \u010da\u0161a likera je oko 25ml a u toj koli\u010dini je otprilike 70-90 kalorija koje unosite u svoj organizam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cideri \u2013 Vjerojatno vas ne iznena\u0111uje \u0161to su cideri na ovoj listi budu\u0107i da je poznato da oni sadr\u017ee velike koli\u010dine kalorija. Prosje\u010dna boca od 500ml ima 180-230 kalorija \u0161to vam je kao i da pojedete ve\u0107u koli\u010dinu biskvita. Stoga, ukoliko ste na dijeti izbjegavajte ovo pi\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ako imate problema s mr\u0161avljenjem, bez obzira \u0161to pazite \u0161to jedete, krivca mo\u017eete potra\u017eiti u alkoholnim pi\u0107ima koja su me\u0111u ostalim i  navedena iznad. Kada se radi o njima, ne debljaju vas samo kalorije, razli\u010dita istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da su mehanizmi njihovog djelovanja mnogo \u0161iri od samih kalorija. Naravno, uvijek treba uzeti u obzir da je svaka osoba razli\u010dita. I dok pi\u0107a mogu kod nekih osoba dovesti do ozbiljnih problema s te\u017einom, neka druga osoba mo\u017eda ne\u0107e ni zamijetiti njihov u\u010dinak na kilograme. Na to kako va\u0161e tijelo reagira na pi\u0107a navedena iznad ovisit \u0107e o va\u0161oj dobi, spolu, postoje\u0107im zdravstvenim stanjima, koliko \u010desto ih konzumirate, kakva je va\u0161a uobi\u010dajena prehrana, te o va\u0161oj genetici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada konzumirate pi\u0107a koja sadr\u017ee alkohol, ne samo da se debljate od kalorija koje imaju u sebi, nego ona sprje\u010davaju tijelo da sagorijeva kalorije. Va\u0161e tijelo se usmjerava na sagorijevanje alkohola i njegovu razgradnju, a ne potro\u0161nju kalorija. Zbog toga tijelo na potpuno druga\u010diji na\u010din sprema kalorije koje unosimo pi\u0107ima, od kalorija koja se unose hranom. S druge strane, ako pre\u0111ete razinu umjerenosti, mo\u017ee do\u0107i i do o\u0161te\u0107enja jetre, a to opet utje\u010de na metabolizam, na sposobnost tijela da razgra\u0111uje masno\u0107e i ugljikohidrate. Zbog toga se kalorije iz pi\u0161a ra\u010dunaju skoro pa duplo, nego iz uobi\u010dajene hrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znate li da su kupovni sokovi i op\u0107enito pi\u0107a na prvom mjestu vi\u0161ka kalorije koje osobe unose u organizam. Sljede\u0107i put kada posegnete za nekim pi\u0107em, bilo alkoholnim, bilo kupovnim sokom, radije razmislite o nekoj zamjenskoj opciji koja ne\u0107e biti toliko kalori\u010dna. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Probajte piti vodu \u2013 Bilo sa slavine, iz boce ili gazirana, voda uvijek ima 0 kalorija.<\/li><li>Ako vam treba vi\u0161e okusa iscijedite limun u vodu, ili mo\u017eete dodati kri\u0161ke naran\u010de, limete ili krastavca u vodu.<\/li><li>Limun ili drugo vode mo\u017eete dodati i u mineralnu vodu i tako dobiti vi\u0161e okusa u manje kalorija.<\/li><li>Nemojte posezati za sokovima. Kupovni sokovi imaju jednako kalorija kao i navedena pi\u0107a iznad.
