Cirkadijalni ritam odnosno <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=50050\">biolo\u0161ki dnevni i no\u0107ni ritam<\/a> bitan je na razli\u010ditim aspektima \u017eivota.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnoge normalne tjelesne funkcije slijede svakodnevne obrasce ubrzavanja i usporavanja, poja\u010davanja i smanjivanja u skladu s cirkadijanskim bioritmom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sli\u010dno je i s nekim bolestima:<br>Alergije &#8211; Simptomi kihanja, curenja nosa i za\u010depljenog nosa obi\u010dno su ja\u010di u ranim satima nakon bu\u0111enja nego kasnije tijekom dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hidratacija ko\u017ee je najmanja ujutro 8-10h, te nave\u010der 20-22h.<a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/doi\/full\/10.1111\/ics.12623#ics12623-bib-0017\">*<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crvenilo lica je tako\u0111er pod utjecajem dnevno no\u0107nog bioritma. Takvi biolo\u0161ki satovi otkucavaju unutar biljaka, gljiva i \u017eivotinja. Posljednjih su godina istra\u017eiva\u010di otkrili da je sat povezan ne samo s na\u0161im ciklusom spavanja, ve\u0107 i s metabolizmom i radom mozga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cirkadijalni ili dnevni ritmovi &#8220;jednako su temeljni kao i disanje&#8221;, ka\u017ee Charalambos Kyriacou, molekularni geneti\u010dar sa Sveu\u010dili\u0161ta u Leicesteru u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu. &#8220;Ne postoji niti jedan aspekt biologije za koji cirkadijalni ritmovi nisu va\u017eni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O postojanju biolo\u0161kog sata pretpostavljalo se ve\u0107 u 18. stolje\u0107u. Godine 1729. francuski astronom Jean Jacques d&#8217;Ortous de Mairan pokazao je da listovi mimoze, koji se otvaraju u zoru i zatvaraju u sumrak, nastavljaju ovaj ciklus \u010dak i kada se dr\u017ee u mraku. Biolo\u0161ki bioritam utje\u010de na sve aspekte funkcioniranja organizma, ponekad izravno, a ponekad posredno. Doba dana mo\u017ee utjecati na u\u010dinkovitost lijekova i njihove nuspojave.
