No istra\u017eivanja sugeriraju da pozitivne osobine mogu utjecati i na zdravlje, odnosno da pozitivan stav \u0161titi srce.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22748749\/\">*<\/a> je pratilo utjecaj izme\u0111u negativnih i pozitivnih stavova, odnosno pozitivnih i negativnih osobina i utjecaja na<a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=23614\"> zdravlje srca<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultati istra\u017eivanja su pokazali da pozitivne psiholo\u0161ke osobine posebno optimizam mogu biti povezane sa sr\u010danim ishodima. Prema istra\u017eivanju pozitivan stav (zajedno sa zdravom prehranom i tjelesnom aktivnosti) povezan je sa pozitivnim ishodima odnosno da pozitivno utje\u010du srce.<\/p>\n<p>Ovo istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da postoji povezanost izme\u0111u pozitivnog stava, odnosno pozitivnih osobina i zdravlja srca te sugerira da bi psiholo\u0161ke intervencije mogle biti od pomo\u0107i.<\/p>\n<p>Drugo istra\u017eivanje<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/22506752\/\">*<\/a> je pokazalo sli\u010dnu povezanost pozitivnih osobina sa kardiovaskularnim bolestima.
