No, on ne uzima u obzir gra\u0111u tijela ili dob, mi\u0161i\u0107nu masu&#8230; Zbog toga i postoji odre\u0111eni raspon u indeksu tjelesne mase, a ne to\u010dno odre\u0111eni broj koji pokazuje idealnu tjelesnu te\u017einu. Taj raspon je zdrava tjelesna te\u017eina koja ne bi trebala naru\u0161avati zdravlje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod starijih osoba gubitkom mi\u0161i\u0107ne mase, ali i gusto\u0107e kostiju sve vi\u0161e te\u017eine dolazi od masti, te indeks tjelesne mase treba pratiti s dozom opreza, dok \u0107e npr. kod osobe koja je sportski tip i mla\u0111a vi\u0161e mase biti mi\u0161i\u0107na masa. Vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=58387\">Idealna te\u017eina po godinama \u2013 COVER magazin.com<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Znanstvenik Adolphe Quetelet izumio je prije 200 godina indeks tjelesne mase koji je tada nosio naziv Queteletov indeks. 1972. godine engleski pojam BMI, odnosno indeks tjelesne mase uveo je Ancel Keys koji je predstavio i tablicu te\u017eine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Osim indeksa tjelesne mase bitni su i neki drugi faktori poput mjerenja opsega struka. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">-2- Idealan omjer struka i bokova <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Omjer struk &#8211; bokovi kako pokazatelj idealne tjelesne te\u017eine<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mjerenje obima struka tako\u0111er mo\u017ee biti pokazatelj, neovisno o indeksu tjelesne mase, osobe koje imaju ve\u0107e masne naslage oko trbuha izlo\u017eenije su ve\u0107im zdravstvenim rizicima. Ipak, ovo je popratna metoda indeksu, dakle i dalje vam index tjelesne mase ne bi trebao biti ve\u0107i od 25.<br>Ovdje se uz indeks tjelesne mase uzima u obzir i mjerenje struka i bokova, odnosno ra\u010duna omjer struka i bokova. Idealno bi bilo da je struk u\u017ei od bokova. Ovaj izra\u010dun je tako\u0111er jednostavan i ka\u017ee da opseg struka ne bi trebao biti ve\u0107i od pola va\u0161e visine, odnosno ako je opseg ve\u0107i da postoje pove\u0107ani zdravstveni rizici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formula:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>opseg struka \/ visina = koeficijent<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Prema ovom na\u010dinu mjerenja odnos opsega struka i visine:<\/strong><br>Za \u017eene odnos opsega struka i visine:<br>manji od 0,42 &#8211; pothranjenost<br>0,42 do 0,48 &#8211; zdrava te\u017eina<br>0,49 do 0,57 &#8211; prekomjerna tjelesna te\u017eina<br>preko 0,58 &#8211; pretilost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za mu\u0161karce odnos opsega struka i visine:<br>manji od 0,43 &#8211; pothranjenost<br>0,43 do 0,52 &#8211; zdrava te\u017eina<br>0,53 do 0,62 &#8211; prekomjerna tjelesna te\u017eina<br>preko 0,63 &#8211; pretilost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">-4- Udio masno\u0107e kao pokazatelj idealne tjelesne te\u017eine<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mjerenje postotka masno\u0107e u tijelu nije jednostavno i potrebne su odgovaraju\u0107e vage ili drugi ure\u0111aji za mjerenje.
