Djeluju na mr\u0161avljenje, na razinu energije, ali na razli\u010dite na\u010dine.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26765\">Kava<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=29483\">\u010dajevi<\/a> spadaju me\u0111u najpopularnija pi\u0107a na svijetu. Koli\u010dina kofeina i u kavi i u \u010daju ovisi o mnogo faktora, od vrste kave ili \u010daja, do na\u010dina pripreme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"utjecaj-kave-i-caja-na-podizanje-energije\">Utjecaj kave i \u010daja na podizanje energije&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kofein djeluje na podizanje energije, te i kava i \u010daj mogu tako djelovati. Djelovanje kave na razinu energije osjeti se dosta brzo dok se efekti od \u010daja osjete ne\u0161to sporije. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Iako je u \u010daju manje kofeina bogat je L-teaninom koji stimulira mozak. Kofein i L-teanin kao sastojci \u010daja imaju djelovanje na sredi\u0161nji \u017eiv\u010dani sustav. Djelovanje ova dva spoja je donekle suprotno, dok kofein djeluje kao stimulans, L-teanin djeluje opu\u0161taju\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"antioksidansi-u-kavi-i-caju\">Antioksidansi u kavi i \u010daju<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antioksidansi \u0161tite tijelo od o\u0161te\u0107enja uzrokovanih slobodnim radikalima te poma\u017eu za\u0161titi tijela od razli\u010ditih bolesti.<br>I kava i \u010daj sadr\u017ee antioksidanse. I kava i \u010daj su relativno sigurni ukoliko se konzumiraju u umjerenim koli\u010dinama.<br>Iako se kava \u010de\u0161\u0107e ve\u017ee uz neke negativne efekte poput ve\u0107eg broja otkucaja srca ili visokog krvnog tlaka, umjerena konzumacija ili moderirana je relativno sigurna.<br>Zdravstvene koristi i kave i \u010daja postoje, no ponekad idu u razli\u010ditim smjerovima, te \u0107e konzumacija ovisiti o preferencijama.<br>Ako se govori o utjecaju na pove\u0107anje energije, i u tom slu\u010daju nema jednozna\u010dnog odgovora. Kofein iz kave djeluje br\u017ee, dok \u010dajevi sporije di\u017eu razinu energije no nemaju utjecaj na san kao \u0161to ima kava. Izbor mo\u017ee ovisiti o potrebama, ali i o dobu dana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"usporedba-djelovanja-kave-i-caja-na-performanse\">Usporedba djelovanja kave i \u010daja na performanse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U\u010dinci kave s kofeinom na ljudske performanse opse\u017eno se prou\u010davaju. Istra\u017eivanje koje je pratilo u\u010dinke konzumacije \u010daja, kave i vode na kognitivne i psihomotorne performanse, te kvalitetu spavanja no\u0107u gdje je trideset zdravih osoba dobivalo pi\u0107a jednake zapremine \u010daja, kave ili vode. Pi\u0107e se davalo \u010detiri puta dnevno. Napitci s kofeinom su prema istra\u017eivanju pokazala zna\u010dajno popravljanje performansi u odnosu na napitke s vodom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Usporedba \u010daja i kave nakon prve \u0161alice pokazala je bolje u\u010dinke kave, \u010daj je tek 30 do 90 minuta nakon konzumacije pokazivao u\u010dinke. Razlika je bila jo\u0161 ve\u0107a nakon druge \u0161alice kave kada se kod ispitanika koji su konzumirali kavu dodatno popravila brzina reakcije.
