Za one koji preferiraju kavu, bilo zbog okusa, drugih djelovanja kave, ili same navike, dobar izbor mo\u017ee biti smanjiti koli\u010dinu kave ili broj kava tijekom dana kako bi se smanjio unos kofeina.
