Kao i kod kave to varira prema na\u010dinu pripreme kao i vrsti zelenog \u010daja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=29351\">Zeleni \u010daj<\/a> sadr\u017ei kofein, no postoje varijacije u sadr\u017eaju kofeina ovisno o vrsti zelenog \u010daja, ali i prema na\u010dinu pripreme zelenog \u010daja. Zeleni \u010daj ima po \u0161alici od 240 ml oko 35 mg kofeina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-accent-5-background-color has-background\">Zeleni \u010daj sadr\u017ei 35 mg kofeina (\u0161alica 240 ml).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Crni \u010daj i kofein<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=29280\">Crni \u010daj<\/a> ima oko 55 mg kofeina na \u0161alicu od 240 ml, a zeleni 35 mg na \u0161alicu od 240 ml.
