Me\u0111utim mnoga su istra\u017eivanja pokazala da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.testovi.covermagazin.com\/?p=3404\">inteligencija<\/a> nije unaprijed definirana, te se na nju mo\u017ee utjecati na razli\u010dite na\u010dine od prehrane, poha\u0111anja \u0161kole, do mnogih drugih aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Inteligencija je prema tome konceptu promjenjiva i mo\u017ee se s vremenom pobolj\u0161ati (kao \u0161to se mo\u017ee i smanjiti). Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da postoje razli\u010diti na\u010dini za pove\u0107anje inteligencije.<\/p>\n<p>Bitno je koncentrirati se na navike koje poma\u017eu razvoju inteligencije, ali i \u0161tite mozak.<br \/>\nInteligencija obuhva\u0107a kristaliziranu inteligenciju koja se odnosi na znanje, vje\u0161tine, rije\u010dnik&#8230; i fluidnu inteligenciju koja obuhva\u0107a apstraktno razmi\u0161ljanje i sposobnost rasu\u0111ivanja. Kristaliziranja inteligencija se pove\u0107ava sa starenjem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Koncept cjelo\u017eivotnog u\u010denja<\/strong> je postao prisutan u mnogim profesijama. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da \u010dak i \u010ditanje romana ima pozitivan utjecaj na funkcije mozga.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3868356\/\">*<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Vje\u017ebanje memorije raznim aktivnostima i igrama tako\u0111er mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i, os sudoku do igri kartama ili \u0161aha.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.testovi.covermagazin.com\/?p=592\"><strong>Dobar san<\/strong><\/a> je bitan za dobre kognitivne funkcije. Dok spavate mozak obra\u0111uje informacije, te san poma\u017ee da mozak poslije dobro pamti nove informacije.<\/p>\n<p>Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da djelomi\u010dno uskra\u0107ivanje sna negativno utje\u010de na performanse na testu radne memorije. Na uzorku starijih osoba kombinacija kofeina i adekvatnih hranjivih sastojaka povezana je s kognitivnim u\u010dincima.<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/30670158\/\">*<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26821\"><strong>Zdrava prehrana<\/strong><\/a> mo\u017ee utjecati na kognitivno zdravlje. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da unos kofeina utje\u010de na pam\u0107enje. <a href=\"https:\/\/academic.oup.com\/jn\/article\/144\/6\/890\/4615979\">*<\/a><br \/>\nHrana bogata omega-3 masnim kiselinama, flavonoidima i vitaminom K tako\u0111er utje\u010de na funkcioniranje mozga.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5543674\/\">*<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Iako ne djeluje tako na prvi pogled, ali <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=18541\">vje\u017ebanjem<\/a> mo\u017eete utjecati i na inteligenciju. Lagana tjelesna aktivnost poti\u010de aktivnosti u mozgu koje djeluju na pam\u0107enje.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC6187140\/\">*<\/a><br \/>\nDovoljno je i redovno vje\u017ebanje slabije ili umjerenog intenziteta.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=29351\">Zeleni \u010daj<\/a> je dobar za mozak. Prema istra\u017eivanju zeleni \u010daj pove\u0107ava koncentraciju i radnu memoriju.
