Prema istra\u017eivanju postoje mnoge stvari koje mo\u017eete napraviti, a to se posebno odnosilo na osobe srednje dobi, kako bi ste smanjili u starijoj dobi kroni\u010dne bolesti.<br \/>\nIstra\u017eivanje na Harvardu (Harvard\u2019s T.H. Chan School of Public Health) izdvojilo je pet navika u srednjoj dobi koje utje\u010du na bolesti u starijoj dobi, a to su:<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26821\">zdrava prehrana<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; odr\u017eavanje zdrave tjelesne te\u017eine<br \/>\n&#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=18541\">redovito vje\u017ebanje<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; ograni\u010davanje konzumacije alkohola i<br \/>\n&#8211; nepu\u0161enje<\/p>\n<p>Ovo istra\u017eivanje sugerira da su to bitni \u010dimbenici kojima se mo\u017ee produ\u017eiti \u017eivotni vijek, ali i smanjiti mogu\u0107nost kroni\u010dnih bolesti.<br \/>\nZa istra\u017eivanje kori\u0161teni su podaci 34 godine prikupljenih podataka raznim istra\u017eivanjima na ukupno 73 tisu\u0107e \u017eena i 38 tisu\u0107a mu\u0161karaca.<\/p>\n<p>Zdrava prehrana je igrala jednu od najva\u017enijih uloga, redovita tjelovje\u017eba je uklju\u010divala minimalno 30 minuta dnevno umjereno do sna\u017ene aktivnosti, a <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26993\">indeks tjelesne mase<\/a> izme\u0111u 18,5 i 24,9 se smatrao zdravom te\u017einom.
