Stoga ne \u010dudi da postoje brojna istra\u017eivanja koja su poku\u0161ala utvrditi na \u0161to i kako kava utje\u010de. Uglavnom kada se govori o djelovanju kave misli se na kofein, budu\u0107i da je on supstanca koja dominira i najvi\u0161e utje\u010de na organizam. Treba uzeti u obzir da se svi potencijalno pozitivni efekti kave odnose samo na slu\u010dajeve kada se kava konzumira u ograni\u010denim koli\u010dinama te se se ne pretjeruje. U pravilu to zna\u010di do 4 \u0161alice manje kave, odnosno dnevno do 400 mg kofeina. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi\u0161e: <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=51661\">KOFEIN, koli\u010dina kofeina u \u0161alici kave, \u010daja i drugim pi\u0107ima<\/a> i <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=49763\">Koliko kave dnevno piti?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Izdvojili smo neka od istra\u017eivanja korisnosti kave:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kava mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod umora i di\u017ee razinu energije<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezultati istra\u017eivanja su pokazali da kava s kofeinom utje\u010de na budnost i pobolj\u0161ava izvedbu razli\u010ditih zadataka. U\u010dinak kave s kofeinom bio je i u no\u0107nim i dnevnim zadacima. Uspore\u0111ivalo se utjecaj pijenja kave s kofeinom i pijenje soka. S druge strane razlika u izvedbi izme\u0111u pijenja soka i kave bez kofeina bila je neznatna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kofein poma\u017ee sagorijevanju masti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=51661\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"51661\">Kofein<\/a> se \u010desto nalazi u dodacima za mr\u0161avljenje, stoga nije \u010dudno da i kofein u kavi poma\u017ee mr\u0161avljenju odnosno sagorijevanju masti. Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da kofein mo\u017ee ubrzati metabolizam. 100mg kofeina ubrzalo je metabolizam u mirovanju kod i mr\u0161avih i pretilih osoba za 3-4% tijekom 150minuta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kofein popravlja fizi\u010dke performanse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje na 76 osoba pokazalo je da konzumiranje kofeina popravlja fizi\u010dke izvedbe i izdr\u017eljivost oko 12%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kava i prevencija bolesti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za odrasle koji <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=49763\">konzumiraju umjerene koli\u010dine kave<\/a> (3-4 \u0161lice kave, odnosno 300-400 mg kofeina) mo\u017ee imati pozitivne utjecaje na zdravlje, odnosno na neke kroni\u010dne bolesti, dijabetes tipa 2, bolest jetra&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala utjecaj kave na manji rizik od Alzheimerove bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; Kava poma\u017ee u za\u0161titi jetra. Konzumiranje kave mo\u017ee smanjiti rizik nastanka ciroze jetra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kava i Parkinsonova bolest<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi\u0161e istra\u017eivanja se bavi poveznicama kave, kofeina i Parkinsonove bolesti. Kava, odnosno kofein, \u0161titi od nastanka Parkinsonove bolesti, odnosno mo\u017ee biti dobar saveznik u prevenciji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kava i srce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kava mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati broj otkucaja srca, te povisiti krvni tlak, te osobe koje ve\u0107 imaju povi\u0161en tlak ili visok broj otkucaja srca trebaju voditi ra\u010duna o koli\u010dini kave te ukupnom unosu kofeina (osim kavom kofein se unosi i na brojne druge na\u010dine, od pi\u0107a, do slatki\u0161a, budu\u0107i da i kakao sadr\u017ei kofein). No redovita konzumacija kave mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u za\u0161titi razvoja hipertenzije, \u010dak i kod onih koji ve\u0107 imaju visok krvni tlak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kava i upale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kava sadr\u017ei aktivne komponente s antioksidansima koji imaju protuupalna svojstva te mogu pomo\u0107i smanjiti upale i za\u0161titi od odre\u0111enih bolesti. U nekoliko razli\u010ditih istra\u017eivanja do\u0161lo se do sli\u010dnih zaklju\u010daka da su osobe koje su redovite pile kavu imale ni\u017ee upalne markere u usporedbi s onima koje nisu pile. Kada su osobe koje su redovito pile kavu zamoljene da prestanu piti kavu mjesec dana sklopu istra\u017eivanja, razina markera upale se pove\u0107ala za 6%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Djelovanje kave<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Djelovanje kave se uglavnom ve\u017ee uz djelovanje kofeina, koji utje\u010de na \u017eiv\u010dani sustava, kardiovaskularni, te endokrini sustav.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kofein je stimulans koji djeluje na budnost, na \u017eiv\u010dani sustav djeluje blokiraju\u0107i djelovanje adenozina, koji tijelo proizvodi, a utje\u010de na spavanje i smanjenje otkucaja srca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kofein djeluje na proizvodnju hormona adrenalina i norepinefrina, a oni pove\u0107avaju broj otkucaja srca, ubrzavaju metabolizam, utje\u010du na krvni tlak, te djeluju na razdra\u017eljivost kao i koncentraciju. Kava istovremeno ima pozitivne efekte, ali i negativne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stimulativno djelovanje kofeina pozitivno djeluje na<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; budnost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; koncentraciju<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; fizi\u010dku izvedbu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; mentalnu izvedbu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; smanjuje umor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; popravlja raspolo\u017eenje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; popravlja pam\u0107enje&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanja na Harvardu su pokazala da je kava bogata antioksidansima, stimulira sredi\u0161nji \u017eiv\u010dani sustav, te pozitivna djelovanja pokazuje kada se konzumira do 4 \u0161alice kave dnevno.
