Iako se u me\u0111uvremenu manje koristio, te se ru\u017ea vi\u0161e koristi u proizvodima za ko\u017eu ili kao ekstrakt za kola\u010de, on ima svoje prednosti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee je \u010daj od suhih latica i pupova ru\u017ee (lat. Rosa damascena). Ru\u017ea je ukrasna biljka, a osim ukrasnog i mirisnog u\u010dinka istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ova biljka ima i neka druga djelovanja (antibakterijsko, antivirusno, antioksidativno, opu\u0161taju\u0107e&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Latice ru\u017ee se koriste za proizvodnju \u010dajeva, d\u017eemova, vina, soka&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010caj od ru\u017ee zdravlje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee sadr\u017ei antioksidanse i vitamin C te mo\u017ee pozitivno djelovati <strong>na stanje ko\u017ee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u <strong>ubla\u017eavanju menstrualnih bolova<\/strong>, mo\u017ee <strong>pobolj\u0161ati probavu<\/strong> te mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod <strong>anksioznih stanja<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Istra\u017eivanja su pokazala da ekstrakti cvjetova ru\u017ee <strong>djeluju protuupalno, te analgetski<\/strong>. To se pripisuje bioaktivnim komponentama prisutnim u cvjetovima ru\u017ee. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da djeluje i antimikrobno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradicionalno su se terapijski u\u010dinci ru\u017ee koristili za lije\u010denje bolova u trbuhu i probavnih smetnji, indijska plemena su je koristila kao lijek protiv ka\u0161lja, za ubla\u017eavanje dje\u010djeg ka\u0161lja. Osim toga ru\u017ea se koristila kao lagani laksativ. Ru\u017eino ulje se koristilo za ubla\u017eavanje simptoma <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26794\">depresije<\/a>, tuge, <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=32041\">stresa<\/a> i napetosti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee mo\u017ee pozitivno djelovati ako se pije uve\u010der na bolji san. Ekstrakti ru\u017ee u proizvodima za kosu mogu pomo\u0107u smanjiti upale vlasi\u0161ta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ukratko smatra se da \u010daj od ru\u017ee ima sljede\u0107e benefite:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; poma\u017ee u smanjenju tjelesne te\u017eine<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; poma\u017ee kod problema s jetrom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ima laksativne u\u010dinke<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i kod grlobolje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ima protuupalna svojstva<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ima antikancerogeno djelovanje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i smanjiti alergijske reakcije<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; djeluje antistresno<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; smanjuje menstrulane bolove<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; poma\u017ee smanjiti bolove op\u0107enito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; djeluje opu\u0161taju\u0107e&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kako napraviti \u010daj od ru\u017ee?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Za pripremu \u010daja od ru\u017ee najbolje je pratiti upute proizvo\u0111a\u010da.<br>Jedna varijanta pravljenja \u010daja od ru\u017ee je da se osu\u0161eni cvjetovi za \u010daj od ru\u017ee preliju s vru\u0107om vodom i ostave oko 5-7 minuta, zatim procijedi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee, kao i mnoge druge \u010dajeve treba konzumirati umjereno, a ne bi trebali piti vi\u0161e od 5 \u0161alica ru\u017ee zbog blago laksativnoh svojstava.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kada piti \u010daj od ru\u017ee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako se \u010daj mo\u017ee piti u bilo koje dana, zbog svojih opu\u0161taju\u0107ih i umiruju\u0107ih svojstava najbolje ga je piti nave\u010der.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010caj d ru\u017ee za upaljeno grlo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010caj od ru\u017ee je dobar za upaljeno grlo, ali i za druge sli\u010dne tegobe, poput prehlade, gripe, curenja nosa, ka\u0161lja&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin C iz \u010daja od ru\u017ee doprinosi djelovanju, ja\u010da imunolo\u0161ki sustav, djeluje na smanjenje upale i infekcije, ali \u010daj od ru\u017ee djeluje i protiv bolova, te umiruje grlo, olak\u0161ava gutanje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u010caj od ru\u017ee nuspojave<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod pijenja \u010daja od ru\u017ee nisu zabilje\u017eene neke zna\u010dajnije nuspojave, uglavnom se radi o osobama koje su alergi\u010dne ili previ\u0161e osjetljive na sli\u010dne biljke.
