Zbog svojih sastojaka zeleni \u010daj ubrzava mr\u0161avljenje, ali posebno poma\u017ee da se rije\u0161ite naslaga na trbuhu i smanjite opseg struka. Stoga ukoliko smatrate da biste trebali smr\u0161aviti posebno na predjelu struka, uklju\u010dite u svoju prehranu 2-3 \u0161alice zelenog \u010daja dnevno.
