Temelj ove tvrdnje osim u istra\u017eivanjima navedenim iznad krije se i u jednostavnoj matematici i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prisjetimo.covermagazin.com\/?p=772\">kalorijama<\/a>. Svi znamo kako da biste izgubili jedan kilogram te\u017eine trebate sagorjeti oko 7.700 kalorija. Sli\u010dno tome da biste se udebljali 1 kilogram trebate unijeti dodatnih 7.700 kalorija vi\u0161e nego ina\u010de. To bi zna\u010dilo da kroz tri dana morate unijeti oko 2.500 kalorija vi\u0161e svaki dan. A gledano statisti\u010dki gotovo je nemogu\u0107e za osobu normalnog apetita da pojede tri dana zaredom oko 5.000 kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U kona\u010dnici prejedanje oko blagdana ne\u0107e vas udebljati vi\u0161e od oko pola kilograma, ali nije zdravo, pa&nbsp; se nemojte prejedati. Naravno da mo\u017eete pojesti ekstra kola\u010d, malo vi\u0161e pe\u010denja, i bogatiju ve\u010deru, ali nemojte pretjerivati i nemojte se optere\u0107ivati <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26929\">dijetama za mr\u0161avljenje<\/a> za vrijeme bo\u017ei\u0107nih blagdana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vjerojatno \u0107emo ovih blagdana bar nekoliko puta pretjerati, na kraju krajeva, svi smo samo ljudi. Iznad je navedeno da biste morali unijeti smije\u0161ne koli\u010dine hrane kako biste dobili \u010dak i samo pola kilograma dodatne tjelesne masti u jednom danu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko trebate vi\u0161e pojesti da biste se udebljali?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prakti\u010dno je nemogu\u0107e udebljati se preko no\u0107i, \u010dak i ako ste se stvarno pretjerali s hranom. Razlog se svodi na kalorijsku matematiku. Iako nije 100 posto precizan, osnovni princip vrijedi: da biste se udebljali 1 kg, morali biste unijeti 7700 kalorija vi\u0161e nego \u0161to obi\u010dno jedete i ne potro\u0161iti ih.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pa kako to\u010dno izgleda 7.700 kalorija? Samo neka vam to ne prije\u0111e u naviku.
