Topla \u010dokolada i kakao djeluju tako da razbistravaju i olak\u0161avaju misli, pa \u0107ete ako trebate zaspati br\u017ee bez zbrke u glavi, a ako trebate ostati budni i koncentrirani, ona \u0107e i u tom slu\u010daju pomo\u0107i. Trebalo bi vam 5-6 \u0161alica zelenog \u010daja da biste unijeli kofeina koliko \u0161alicom kave, a toliko sigurno ne\u0107ete popiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- Sok od jabuke<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sok od jabuke sadr\u017ei manju koli\u010dinu fruktoze, najjednostavnijeg \u0161e\u0107era, te nekoliko razli\u010ditih vitamina i minerala, sasvim dovoljno da stimulira mozak, a da se ni\u010dim ne opteretite. Debljaju li jabuke?<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Osim napitaka i jako za\u010dinjene grickalice (poput \u010dili \u010dipsa) mogu pomo\u0107i da du\u017ee ostanete budni (osim ako imate problema sa \u017eelucem i \u017egaravicom). Ljuti za\u010dini poput \u010dilija povisit \u0107e blago va\u0161u tjelesnu temperaturu i razbuditi vas. U istra\u017eivanju provedenom 2006. godine pola sudionika imalo je standardnu rutinu spavanja, dok je druga polovica tijekom no\u0107i ostajala budna, te nadokna\u0111ivala spavanje kroz jutro. Obje grupe pile su kofeinske napitke u ve\u010dernjim satima u koli\u010dini od oko 4 espreso \u0161alice kave. I jedna i druga grupa imale su pote\u0161ko\u0107e sa spavanjem kada su legli u krevet. Ipak te\u017ee i nemirnije je spavala grupa koja je ostajala no\u0107i budna, a lijegala u jutarnjim satima, bez obzira \u0161to su imali ve\u0107i odmak od konkretnog vremena konzumiranja kofeina. Kofein je stimulant centralnog \u017eiv\u010danog sustava, pa mo\u017ee utjecati na kvalitetu sna u smislu da vas razbu\u0111uje, te \u0107ete zbog toga vjerojatno ostati du\u017ee budni, ali \u0107e vam naru\u0161iti kvalitetu sna, te \u0107ete se sutradan osje\u0107ati umorno i nervozno, \u0161to na svakodnevnoj bazi svakako nije prakti\u010dno.
