Ostavite oko 3 minute zatim procijedite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zeleni \u010daj s limunskom travom<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Zeleni \u010daj se jako dobro sla\u017ee s limunskom travom. Stoga mo\u017eete poku\u0161ati i s tom kombinacijom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sastojci:<br>&#8211; 2 \u017eli\u010dice limunske trave (za \u010daj)<br>&#8211; 1 \u017eli\u010dica zelenog \u010daja<br>&#8211; 1 \u0161alica vode<br>&#8211; 1 \u017eli\u010dica meda<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stavite limunsku travu u vodu, neka klju\u010da oko 5 minuta. Skinite s vatre i ostavite sa strane oko pola minute. Dodajte zeleni \u010daj. Ostavite 3 minute zatim procijedite.<br>Dodajte \u017eli\u010dicu meda i dobro promije\u0161ajte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Koliko dnevno piti zelenog \u010daja<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao i druge \u010dajeve i zeleni \u010daj bi trebalo konzumirati umjereno, te ne bi trebalo prekora\u010diti 3 do 4 \u0161alice zelenog \u010daja dnevno.
