Tako su klju\u010dni trendovi koji su se nametnuli u pro\u0161loj godini, a o\u010dekuje se kako \u0107e se njihova popularnost i nastaviti i u ostatku 2023. godine:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Doma\u0107i kiseli kupus<\/strong> &#8211; sve se vi\u0161e s pa\u017enje posve\u0107uje doma\u0107im proizvodima te se jedan od trendova o\u010dekuje da \u0107e porasti trend pripreme doma\u0107e zimnice. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?p=24424\">Sarma<\/a> je ponovno postalo vrlo popularno jelo, kojim nastojimo obilje\u017eiti sve blagdane i nedjeljne obiteljske ru\u010dkove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kiseli kupus odli\u010dna je namirnica za pobolj\u0161anje zdravlja i probave op\u0107enito. Sadr\u017ei probiotike i prebiotike koji odr\u017eavaju crijevnu floru zdravom, a probavu laganom. Naravno, oduvijek nam je poznto koliko C vitamina ima kiseli kupus, pa ne \u010dudi da u ovom razdoblju kada svi \u017eelimo oja\u010dati imunitet ova namirnica postaje toliko popularna. Osim vitamina C, kiseli kupus je bogat razli\u010ditim nutrijentima, koji ja\u010daju na\u0161 imunolo\u0161ki sustav. I ne manje va\u017eno, kiseli kupus ima toliko malo kalorija, da gotovo mo\u017eete zanemariti kalorije u njemu. Na 100 g ima tek oko 50 kalorija, \u0161to ga ubraja me\u0111u najmanje kalori\u010dne namirnice. Izbor je veliki: maslinovo, bu\u0107ino, laneno, kokosovo ulje&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za ve\u0107inu nas ova ulja su poznata i nisu nimalo alternativna, ali ih vrlo rijetko ukomponiramo u svoje obroke. Zapravo bi trebalo koristiti sva dostupna ulja za pripremu jela uz koja najbolje odgovaraju. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi nutricionisti \u0107e re\u0107i kako je djevi\u010dansko maslinovo ulje najzdravija masno\u0107a na zemlji. Sva istra\u017eivanja pokazuju kako uvr\u0161tavanje maslinovog ulja u prehranu ima jako velike zdravstvene prednosti, te umanjuju rizike od razvoja nekih oboljenja, \u010dak i tumora. Maslinovo ulje dobiva se cije\u0111enjem iz maslina, a proces proizvodnje je toliko jednostavan, da ga se uop\u0107e ne mo\u017ee nazvati prera\u0111enom namirnicom. Masline se jednostavno melju, a zatim se razdvaja ulje od ostatka. Takvo ulje u sebi ima toliko vrijedne komponente, da uz sve poznate prednosti \u010dak \u0161titi i od upalnih procesa u tijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Balansirana i umjerena prehrana<\/strong> &#8211; umjesto ekstremnog eliminiranja odre\u0111enih sastojaka, trend u 2023. bi trebao biti prilago\u0111ena prehrana i tendencija prema zdravijim verzijama uobi\u010dajenih namirnica i stilova prehrane. Umjesto raznoraznih dijeta zdrava i uravnote\u017eena prehrana je po\u010dela intrigirati ljude. I dok su ranijih godina bile popularne dijete kojima se eliminirao odre\u0111eni tip namirnica, sada je postalo jasno kako je ipak najzdravije tijelo koje je u ravnote\u017ei, a to se najbolje mo\u017ee posti\u0107i zdravom balansiranom  prehranom.  Konstantno se isti\u010de nu\u017enost smanjivanja veli\u010dine obroka, a pove\u0107anja broja obroka u jednom danu, te unos \u0161to raznolikijeg spektra namirnica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8211; <strong>Jabuke<\/strong> &#8211; ponovno se vra\u0107amo nekim osnovama, ve\u0107 smo spomenuli kiseli kupus, a sli\u010dno je i s jabukama. Va\u017enost jabuka se oduvijek znala, no u 2023. se o\u010dekuje njihov veliki povrata u prehranu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odavno se djecu u\u010di poslovica &#8220;jabuka na dan, tjera doktora van&#8221;, a \u010dini se kako se u ovoj godini \u017eeli ponovno podsjetiti i sve odrasle na va\u017enost jabuka. Ukoliko tra\u017eite zdravu namirnicu koju \u0107ete uvrstiti u svoju svakodnevnu prehranu to neka bude jabuke.
