I dok je hraniti se zdravo prvenstveno zadatak koji pred sebe stavljamo iz zdravstvenih razloga, zna\u010dajno se razlikuje poimanje termina \u201ezdravo\u201d i \u201euravnote\u017eeno\u201d od osobe do osobe. Zdrava prehrana obi\u010dno podrazumjeva prehranu bogatu cjelovitim \u017eitaricama, vo\u0107em, povr\u0107em, proteinima i zdravim masno\u0107ama. Ovo iznenadni mnoge osobe, jer mnogi iz nekog razloga kako smatraju kako zdrava prehrana podrazumijeva vegetarijanski tip prehrane, izbjegavanje svega \u0161to nije \u201emoderna superhrana\u201d, a to je naravno daleko od istine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Planiranje obroka mo\u017ee vam pomo\u0107i da lak\u0161e shvatite \u0161to je zdrava prehrana, ali i jednom kada osvijestite pojam zdrave prehrane da ostanete na pravom putu i ne vratite se starim nezdravim navikama, poput jednoli\u010dne prehrane, prejedanja, neredovitih obroka i sli\u010dno. Planiranje jelovnika ne mora oduzeti puno vremena i ne mora biti komplicirano. Dovoljno je da po\u0161tujete osnovne postulate zdrave prehrane i raspreda obroka. Jelovnik zdrave prehrane uop\u0107e ne mora biti striktan, ali bitno je dr\u017eati se osnovnih postulata.
