Bez dobrog plana, to \u0107e biti te\u017ee. Isto tako, ne bi se trebalo osloniti samo na \u017eelju i voditi idejom jest \u0107u vi\u0161e. Ukoliko nemate tu naviku, vjerojatno \u0107ete se te\u0161ko sjetiti ora\u0161astih plodova kao grickalica, ali ukoliko ih stavite pri ruci u toku dana \u0107ete pojesti odre\u0111enu koli\u010dinu koja mo\u017ee doprinijeti da dobijete na kilogramima. 50 grama ora\u0161astih plodova ima oko 330 do 350 kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"15\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Kako-se-udebljati.gif\" alt=\"Kako se udebljati\" class=\"wp-image-74264\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=72270\">Tamna \u010dokolada<\/a> &#8211; kao i ora\u0161aste plodove tako neka vam i tamna \u010dokolada bude pri ruci. \u010cokolada ima oko 550 kalorija na 100 grama, ako dodatno pojedete tre\u0107inu \u010dokolade unijet \u0107ete dodatnih 180 kalorija.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-global-padding is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"15\" height=\"11\" src=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/Kako-se-udebljati.gif\" alt=\"Kako se udebljati\" class=\"wp-image-74264\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Maslinovo ili bu\u0107ino ulje vam je odli\u010dan saveznik. Ova dva ulja su odli\u010dne namirnice te \u0107ete uz kalorije unijeti i druge hranjive vrijednosti. \u017dlica maslinovog ili bu\u0107inog ulja ima oko 120 kalorija. Ukoliko u toku dana dodate 3-4 \u017elice maslinovog ulja dodali ste 400 kalorija na prosje\u010dan dnevni unos kalorija. Te\u0161ko da \u0107ete odjednom jesti duplo, ali mo\u017eete malo pove\u0107ati porcije, te ukoliko ih dodatno kalorijski poja\u010date npr. maslinovim uljem, parmezanom i sli\u010dno, ve\u0107 ste napravili korak naprijed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pratite koliko dnevno jedete, ali i kalori\u010dnost hrane.
