Neke ljude stres motivira, a kod nekih ljudi stres ima jako negativni u\u010dinak, te jako negativno utje\u010de na osje\u0107aj sre\u0107e i kvalitetu \u017eivota, \u010dine\u0107i ljude fizi\u010dki i mentalno iscrpljenima. Postoje razli\u010dite taktike i tehnike koje vam mogu pomo\u0107i da smanjite stres na poslu, te bi ih trebalo isku\u0161ati, me\u0111utim, ukoliko nikako ne uspijevate smanjiti stres koji se ve\u017ee uz posao razmislite da potra\u017eite stru\u010dnu i lije\u010dni\u010dku pomo\u0107.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0160to mo\u017eete poku\u0161ati kako biste smanjili stres povezan s poslom <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Promijenite situaciju na poslu. Ako vam se svi\u0111a va\u0161 poslodavac ili posao, ali situacija postaje prestresna ili predosadna, poku\u0161ajte uskladiti poslovne obveze sa svojim sposobnostima. Dovoljno \u0107e biti kratko sjedenje u ti\u0161ini da vam se vrati mir i energija. Ili pro\u0161e\u0107ite do auta i odslu\u0161ajte najdra\u017eu pjesmu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Ako je situacija stresna dulje vrijeme uzmite produ\u017eeni vikend ili iskoristite godi\u0161nji odmor. Nekoliko dana izvan ureda pomo\u0107i \u0107e vam da se smirite i napunite baterije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Poku\u0161ajte se organizirati. Preslo\u017eite sve po stolu. Napravite listu poslova koje trebate napraviti i kad ih zavr\u0161ite prekri\u017eite ih. Na taj \u0107ete na\u010din imati bolji uvid u sve obveze, znat \u0107ete da ne\u0107ete ni\u0161ta zaboraviti, a precrtavanjem poslova znat \u0107ete koliko ste toga zavr\u0161ili i kakav je napredak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Razgovarajte s nekim. Ponekad je to najbolji na\u010din za smanjenje stresa. Naravno da to treba biti osoba od povjerenja jer bi u protivnom moglo do\u0107i do jo\u0161 ve\u0107ih problema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Poku\u0161ajte humoristi\u010dnije gledati na situaciju. Ako to nije mogu\u0107e, a naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e nije, s vremena na vrijeme s kolegama podijelite neku smije\u0161nu situaciju, ispri\u010dajte vic. Neka vam to prije\u0111e u naviku i cijeli ured \u0107e dobiti povremeno osvje\u017eenje od posla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Neka va\u0161a o\u010dekivanja budu realna. Negativnost ubija energiju i motivaciju, stoga izbjegavajte ga \u0161to je vi\u0161e mogu\u0107e. Poku\u0161ajte razviti optimisti\u010dan pristupiti poslu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">* Morate se nau\u010diti brinuti za sebe, zdravlje je najva\u017enije. Nitko i ni\u0161ta nije vrijedno toga. Prona\u0111ite na\u010din kako uzeti stvari u svoju ruke i vratite kontrolu nad situacijom. Tako \u0107ete se osje\u0107ati i fizi\u010dki i psihi\u010dki bolje, popravit \u0107e se i odnosi sa suradnicima, a i posao \u0107ete bolje obavljati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*  Poku\u0161ajte prepoznati \u0161to vam je najve\u0107i izazov i \u0161to stvara najvi\u0161e stresa. Jednom kada znate \u0161to uzrokuje stres lak\u0161e \u0107ete definirati \u0161to se u konkretnoj situaciji mo\u017ee promijeniti a \u0161to ne. Na primjer ako ne mo\u017eete kontrolirati koliko dnevno radite, poku\u0161ajte prona\u0107i na\u010dine kako boravak na poslu u\u010diniti zanimljivijim, a radno okru\u017eenje prihvatljivijim. Prona\u0111ite neke druge na\u010dine kako prije i poslije posla se razvedriti. Mo\u017eete li \u0161etati kroz grad ili park na putu do posla i s posla kako biste razvedrili ili razbistrili misli?! Postoje i drugi poslovi koje mo\u017eete raditi, ali va\u0161a obitelj, prijatelji i zdravlje nisu zamjenjivi. Ako poslodavac o\u010dekuje previ\u0161e od vas i to na vas djeluje stresno, stvaraju\u0107i vam veliki pritisak, po\u010dnite tra\u017eiti drugi posao.
