Bogat je flavonoidima i antioksidantima. Kupujte samo \u010dajeve u kojima je zeleni \u010daj jedini sastojak i koji nemaju druge dodatke, ni arome, a od provjerenih brandova.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Istra\u017eivanja o utjecaju zelenog \u010daja na mr\u0161avljenje<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Za sagorijevanje masti tijelo ih mora razgraditi, a istra\u017eivanja  sugeriraju da spojevi u zelenom \u010daju mogu u tome pomo\u0107i. Iako se mislilo da zeleni \u010daj poma\u017ee mr\u0161avljenju zbog kofeina u sastavu istra\u017eivanje &#8220;<em>Green tea and thermogenesis: interactions between catechin-polyphenols, caffeine and sympathetic activity<\/em>&#8221; sugerira da su za djelovanje na metabolizam u zelenom \u010daju zaslu\u017ene kombinacije sastojaka iz zelenog \u010daja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mnogi proizvodi za mr\u0161avljenje sadr\u017ee ekstrakt zelenog \u010daja budu\u0107i da je on povezan s pove\u0107anim sagorijevanjem masti, \u0161to je posebno vidljivo prilikom vje\u017ebanja.<br>Istra\u017eivanje &#8220;<em>Green tea extract ingestion, fat oxidation, and glucose tolerance in healthy humans<\/em>&#8221; je uklju\u010divalo 12 mu\u0161karaca, prilikom 30 minutne vo\u017enje biciklom. Rezultat je bio 17% vi\u0161e sagorijevanja masti kod mu\u0161karaca koji su uzimali dodatak ekstrakta zelenog \u010daja \u0161to sugerira da zeleni \u010daj mo\u017ee poja\u010dati sagorijevanje masti prilikom vje\u017ebanja umjerenog intenziteta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nekoliko drugih istra\u017eivanja je pokazalo da zeleni \u010daj mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u sagorijevanju kalorija \u010dak i prilikom mirovanja, odnosno neovisno o vje\u017ebanju, iako je u tom slu\u010daju postotak utjecaja manji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje &#8220;<em>Effect of a thermogenic beverage on 24-hour energy metabolism in humans<\/em>&#8221; imalo je za cilj istra\u017eiti da li konzumacija napitaka koji sadr\u017ee aktivne sastojke mo\u017ee pove\u0107ati 24 satni metabolizam kod zdravih, mladih i mr\u0161avih osoba. Napitak je sadr\u017eavao katehine iz zelenog \u010daja, kofein i kalcij, te se uzimao tri puta tijekom dana. Istra\u017eivanje je pokazalo da je 24 satna konzumacija pove\u0107avala metabolizam za 4,6%, iako se nije moglo definirati koji sastojak je najvi\u0161e zaslu\u017ean za ubrzavanje metabolizma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Masno\u0107e na trbuhu se \u010dest problem, neovisno o debljini i indeksu tjelesne mase. Nekoliko istra\u017eivanja je pokazalo da zeleni \u010daj mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i u smanjivanju masno\u0107a na trbuhu. \u010cak je primije\u0107en ve\u0107i efekt zelenog \u010daja na masno\u0107e na trbuhu nego na ukupnu tjelesnu masu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanje \u201eGreen tea catechin consumption enhances exercise-induced abdominal fat loss in overweight and obese adults\u201e je pratilo utjecaj zelenog \u010daja na raspodjelu masti i utjecaj zelenog \u010daja na masno\u0107e oko trbuhe koje se ubrajaju u najrizi\u010dnije. Sudionici istra\u017eivanja su tijekom 12 tjedana konzumirali napitak s katehinom i kofeinom. Rezultati su pokazali da sudionici koji su konzumirali katehine zelenog \u010daja su imali smanjenje masno\u0107a na trbuhu ve\u0107e od kontrolne skupine koja nije konzumirala ovaj napitak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prednost zelenog \u010daja je i u tome \u0161to poma\u017ee odr\u017eavanju tjelesne te\u017eine.
