Borbene pjesme oduvijek su kori\u0161tene kako bi se oja\u010dala hrabrost, dok uspavanke poma\u017eu uspavati djecu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glazbu tradicionalno koriste isto\u010dnja\u010dki iscjelitelji, a i zapadna medicina u novije vrijeme sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e priznaje djelovanje glazbe u tretmanima lije\u010denja nekih bolesti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Istra\u017eivanja o psiholo\u0161kim u\u010dincima glazbe pokazala su da stimulativna glazba ubrzava osnovne funkcije poput pulsa i disanja, tako\u0111er utje\u010de na krvni tlak, dok umiruju\u0107a glazba usporava te iste funkcije. I kissed a girl, Katy Perry<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Klasi\u010dna glazba kod trudnica ubla\u017eava stres<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trudnice koje slu\u0161aju klasi\u010dnu glazbu osje\u0107aju manje stresa zbog svoje trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tempo 60 do 80 taktova, otprilike koliko otkucaja ima ljudsko srce osim stresa kod trudnica ubla\u017eava anksioznost i depresiju.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Znanstvenici su podijelili budu\u0107e majke koje su sudjelovale u studiji u dvije skupine. Prva je dobila 4 CD-a s glazbom: klasi\u010dnom, uspavankama, zvukovima iz prirode, te new age glazbom. Kroz dva tjedna one su trebale slu\u0161ati bar jedan CD svakodnevno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kada su na kraju uspore\u0111eni rezultati utvr\u0111eno je da slu\u0161anje takve glazbe predstavlja suptilan na\u010din za smanjenje stresa, anksioznosti i depresije za vrijeme trudno\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Na po\u010detku istra\u017eivanja sudionicama je mjerena razina stresa te su na skali koja mjeri razinu 0-30 prosje\u010dno pokazivale 17.44 boda. Nakon dva tjedna razina stresa je pala za oko 2.15, dok kod kontrolne skupine koja nije dobila CD nije zabilje\u017een takav pad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><em><strong>Glasna glazba stimulira mozak<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Odlazak na koncerte ili jednostavno poja\u010davanje glasno\u0107e na playeru kod ku\u0107e mo\u017ee biti dobro za ja\u010danje va\u0161eg mozga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prema znanstvenicima na Manchester University glazbeni fanovi stimuliraju taktovima&nbsp; glasne glazbe dio unutarnjeg uha, u \u010demu mozak u\u017eiva, a zbog toga se oni osje\u0107aju dobro za vrijeme i nakon slu\u0161anja glazbe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Taj dio unutarnjeg uha, nema nikakve funkcije za sam sluh kod ljudi, ali je osjetljiv jedino na vrlo glasnu glazbu iznad 90 decibela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neil Todd, jedan od znanstvenika koji su radili na studiji ka\u017ee kako je taj dio vjerojatno zaostatak primitivnog slu\u0161nog mehanizma koji je postupno gubio svoju funkciju kako su ljudi evoluirali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bilo da \u0107ete birati ciljanu glazbu ili slu\u0161ati radio i ono \u0161to pu\u0161taju, neosporno ja da svaka glazba oboga\u0107uje \u017eivot vi\u0161e nego \u0161to mislimo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Glazba utje\u010de na na\u0161e emocije, a osim toga toliko je mo\u0107na alatka kojom mo\u017eemo utjecati sami na sebe i popraviti raspolo\u017eenje, da je prava \u0161teta ne iskoristiti sve blagodati glazbe koje su nam svima dostupne, a uglavnom i besplatne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vezano:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-cover-magazin-com wp-block-embed-cover-magazin-com\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"SN2ihdR7Da\"><a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=3071\">Sanjati GITARU &#8211;
