Ciljevi, planiranje, uspore\u0111ivanje, o\u010dekivanja i sve sli\u010dno tjera nas na to da stalno poku\u0161avamo sve kontrolirati, a naravno to je nemogu\u0107e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trebali biste prestati poku\u0161avati kontrolirati sve oko sebe i prepustiti se \u017eivotu. Idite kroz \u017eivot otvorenih ruku i uma, spremni prihvatiti \u0161to vam \u017eivot nosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>-2-&nbsp; U\u0161utkajte svoj mehanizam obrane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obrambeni mehanizam je ne\u0161to \u0161to gradimo godinama, a stvaramo ga zbog bolnih iskustava kroz koja prolazimo. Svemir nam uvijek \u0161alje nove prilike i mogu\u0107nosti za veli\u010danstven \u017eivot, samo trebamo osvijestiti svoju \u017eelju i biti uporni. Ne bi bilo lo\u0161e svaki dan zapo\u010deti s otvorenim umom i prisutno\u0161\u0107u.
