Iako je dijeta jako restriktivna mnogi je obo\u017eavaju jer rezultate jam\u010di u samo mjesec dana, a osim vitkog tijela, jam\u010de se i emotivne koristi.<\/p>\n<p>Ovu dijetu razvili su\u00a0 Dallas i Melissa Hartwig, bra\u010dni par koji ima nutricionisti\u010dku i fitnes pozadinu, a tvrde kako \u0107e ova dijeta resetirati organizam, potaknuti metabolizam, oblikovati tijelo i promijeniti ukupni odnos prema hrani.
