Ispravite ki\u010dmu. Stisnite dlanove u \u0161ake, palce ostavite van. Podignite ruke u visinu ramena i palcima pritisnite sljepoo\u010dnice.\u00a0 Dlanove okrenite prema naprijed,\u00a0 u smjeru pogleda. Svi prsti osim palca su stisnuti u \u0161aku.\u00a0\u00a0 Za\u017emirite i koncentrirajte se na disanje.\u00a0 \u010cvrsto stisnite zube (kutnjake), zatim popustite. Pod palcima \u0107ete osjetiti kako vam se trzaju mi\u0161i\u0107i prilikom stiskanja zuba. Zube sti\u0161\u0107ite u ritmu otprilike svake 2 sekunde. Disanje neka vam tako\u0111er prati taj ritam.
