A na to koliko \u0107e i kad proizvoditi neke hormone utje\u010de i to kakve su vam navike spavanja. Ujutro tijelo promovira hormone koji poti\u010du budnost, uve\u010der se po\u010dinju lu\u010diti hormoni koji poma\u017eu da lak\u0161e zaspite. Ako vam je san uzurpiran i ne uspijevate redovito i dovoljno odspavati, naru\u0161ava se produkcija gotovo svih hormona u tijelu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ako ne spavate potrebnih 6 do 9 sati sna, va\u0161 mozak ne mo\u017ee se dovoljno &#8220;pro\u010distiti&#8221; da bi sutradan normalno funkcionirao. Hormonalni sustav ne funkcionira dobro, a prema nekim istra\u017eivanjima, \u010dak i neki toksini zaostaju u mozgu ukoliko organizam nema dovoljno odmora i sna.
