Da jedete veli\u010danstveno, \u017eivite veli\u010danstveno, a usput mr\u0161avite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-1- Pijte dovoljno vode<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voda vas hidratizira i osvje\u017eava. Voda vam poma\u017ee da isperete toksine iz tijela, te da tijelo zadr\u017ei idealnu tjelesnu temperaturu. Tijekom dana gubite jako puno vode. Vodu gubite i disanjem i znojenjem. Tijekom cijelog dana treba se hidratizirati kao biste nadoknadili gubitak teku\u0107ine. Ako ne popijete dovoljno vode va\u0161e tijelo \u0107e postati dehidrirano, sve radnje u tijelu \u0107e se usporiti, a vi \u0107ete postati umorni i u kona\u010dnici iscrpljeni. Sve teku\u0107ine poma\u017eu vam da ostanete hidratizirani, ali voda je obi\u010dno najbolji izbor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>-2- Jedite ukusno<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Umjesto da se odri\u010dete ukusne hrane zbog dijeta, radije se odrecite neumjerenosti. Pomno si pripremajte obroke, servirajte ih u najfinijem posu\u0111u, koristite najbolji pribor. Me\u0111utim, jako je bitno hraniti se i zdravo i ukusno. Ako jedete neukusnu hranu koja je bljutava imat \u0107ete osje\u0107aj da ste u kazni, a ne da \u010dinite dobrobit za vlastiti organizam. Servirajte zdravo pripremljene obroke, kola\u010de od sira, cupcakese ili krekere pripremljene od zdravih sastojaka. Dobro \u0107ete se osje\u0107ati samo ako istovremeno jedete i zdravo i ukusno. Ali ne bez razloga. Kada se pogledaju sve prednosti koje imamo od konzumacije jogurta ne \u010dudi njegova polarnost. Iako jogurt dolazi od mlijeka i ima sve nutricionisti\u010dke koristi mlijeka, u njem uje mnogo manje laktoze \u0161to ga \u010dini lak\u0161e probavljivim. Ali klju\u010dna rije\u010d nije mlijeko, nego probiotici. Ako imate priliku zasadite neko svoje vo\u0107e ili povr\u0107e, mo\u017eete prona\u0107i na\u010dina i da o\u017eivite neki svoj stari vo\u0107njak, uklju\u010dite se u berbu vo\u0107a, maslina, pripremu zdrave <a href=\"https:\/\/www.recepti.covermagazin.com\/?cat=32\">zimnice<\/a> i sli\u010dno. U pravilu se preporu\u010duje 2-3 porcije vo\u0107a u prehrani dnevno. Jedna porcija vo\u0107a je jedna do dvije vo\u0107ke ili \u0161alica sitnog vo\u0107a. Me\u0111utim, stru\u010dnjaci se sla\u017eu da ukoliko se radi o nekom sezonskom vo\u0107u, u sezoni mo\u017eete malo i \u201epretjerati\u201d u koli\u010dini, a bez \u0161tetnih posljedica.
