Zbog toga <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?p=14677\">ako \u017eelite smanjiti glad i apetit <\/a>\u010dini se biranje hrane koja se etiketira kao zdrava nije najbolji odabir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autor istra\u017eivanja provedenog na Sveu\u010dili\u0161tu u Chicagu&nbsp; je pojasnio: \u201eKada ljudi misle da jedu zdraviju hranu, konzumiranje te hrane \u010dini ih jo\u0161 gladnijima. Oni su nakon nje gladniji nego da nisu ni\u0161ta pojeli ili da su jeli bez razmi\u0161ljanja o njenoj zdravstvenoj vrijednosti\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">U eksperimentu je studentima dan \u010dokoladni pruti\u0107, polovici je re\u010deno da je obi\u010dni keks, a drugima kako se radi o zdravom uzorku novih proteinsko-viotaminsko- hranjivih plo\u010dica. Nakon \u0161to su pojeli istu koli\u010dinu keksa, oni koji su mislili da se radi o ne\u010dem zdravijem osje\u0107ali su izrazito ve\u0107u glad od onih koji su mislili da jedu obi\u010dne \u010dokoladne kekse. Ovo istra\u017eivanje ne ide u prilog onima koji se trude <a href=\"https:\/\/covermagazin.com\/?page_id=26821\">zdravo hraniti<\/a>. Tako\u0111er, hrana za koju se tvrdi da je zdrava osobama se doimlje neukusnijom, \u010dak i kada je odli\u010dnog okusa, mozak informaciju procesuira druga\u010dije.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u010cini se kako nije bitno zadovoljiti i napuniti samo \u017eeludac, nego treba hranom zadovoljiti i napuniti i mozak. Ljudi koji se \u017eele zdravo hraniti nerijetko naprave pogre\u0161an odabir namirnica. Poku\u0161avaju se napuniti salatama, me\u0111utim, takav odabir ih \u010dini stalno gladnima. Salate se svakako uklju\u010duju u osnove zdrave prehrane, stoga ako ipak volite salate, a ne biste \u017eeljeli biti gladni ve\u0107 nakon pet minuta postoje neki trikovi koji vam mogu pomo\u0107i da jedete zdrave salate, a osjetite sitost i ne bude ubrzo gladni.Klju\u010d je u tome da u salate dodate ili birate salate koje uklju\u010duju i neke hranjive sastojke koje \u0107e vas du\u017ee vremena \u010diniti sitima. Ve\u0107ini salta koje biramo za ru\u010dak nedostaju klju\u010dni elementi proteini, ugljikohidrati i masno\u0107e. Me\u0111utim, osvijestimo li sve \u0161to smo stavili u salatu mo\u017eemo si pomo\u0107i. Napravite svoju salatu ukusnom, bogatom i punom nutrijenata, te \u0107ete osjetiti sitost i ne\u0107ete prijevremeno izgladniti nakon svoje salate. Poma\u017ee i \u010ditanje etiketa. Ako osvijestite koliko ste kalorija unijeli to vam mo\u017ee pomo\u0107i da du\u017ee osje\u0107ate sitost. Energija dolazi iz kalorija, a ve\u0107ina salata nije niskokalori\u010dna. Dana\u0161nje salate bogate su umacima i dodacima koji salatu \u010dine gotovo kompletnim obrokom. U svaku salatu dodaje se minimalno \u017elica ulja, \u0161to je jako velika koli\u010dina masno\u0107a, a i kalorija. Umaci su tako\u0111er velika kalori\u010dna zamka.
