Naravno, s ve\u0107om koli\u010dinom se zdravlje naru\u0161ava, a prednosti poni\u0161tavaju. Tjedno je optimalno do 60 grama tamne \u010dokolade, \u0161to zna\u010di da jednu tamnu \u010dokoladu ne bi trebali pojesti u tjedan dana.
